I am trying to get ahead of ground noise issues and I believe that decoupling capacitor placement is what is required. Part of my approach is a departure from what I consider common practice. Am I right? Am I way off base? Who knows! This is why it's, "The World According to Adam." Now, I would not knowingly present any false information. That said, there is also a chance I am wrong here.
