Our willfully blind, headlong charge into an abyss of nihilism continues unabated. I voted twice for Donald Trump, and I certainly will vote for him a third time, but any notion that one man and control of both houses of Congress for 4 years will be able to heal our gangrenous and maggot-riddled body politic and rid us or neutralize the Deep State witch doctors that have led us to sorry position, is a view through rose-colored glasses equal to thinking Joe Biden could master fifth year college Latin in the space of a weekend. We are in for a prolonged battle. Arm yourselves and dig in. But given the depth of the Deep State, the ignorance with which the left is saturated, and the prevailing and swelling rage each side has for the other, how can this be solved in 4 years? Can it be solved at all? And how long will a majority of us want this marriage to continue? I believe we’ve reached the moment where we can fight or we can split, but those of us on my side of the political divide will no longer brook the oppression of an administrative state; and if that state is determined to keep us yoked, then neither its chief adherents nor their families will know a secure day or a peaceful night.

This past week, Richard Dawkins, the UK’s most renowned atheist and one of the most lauded non-believers in the world, declared that he preferred living in a culture that was predominantly Christian over one that is predominantly Islamic; specifically, Dawkins averred, quote, “If I had to choose between Christianity and Islam, I’d choose Christianity every time,” end quote. He further declared that he was pleased with declining church attendance on the Continent, but allowed as how he was concerned that as Christianity was receding in Europe, Islam was on the rise. Lastly, he confessed that he was, quote, “slightly horrified” that in London the city was lit by Ramadan lights instead of Easter lights, and that he thought of himself as a cultural Christian. Evidently some flicker of hope, if not wisdom, remains yet in the good doctor. It seems so easy to me: Christianity and hope, or atheism and nihilism; or, through a less existential lens: destruction and Islam. Isn’t it as simple as sanity or insanity? I think that some of the Richard Dawkins of the world have awakened to a fear greater than any they’ve previously imagined. The problem is, having shunned God they long ago assumed for themselves infallibility, and admitting they’re wrong and something must be done is a bridge they are not quite yet prepared to cross. Trouble is, by the time they are ready, they may be left with nothing but a prayer that a God they betrayed remains merciful. This is Charles Martel for the Canada Free Press. The week I left we witnessed a perfect example of what our two political parties and their respective leaders have become. Joe Biden and Donald Trump were in New York at the same time. Biden was with Barack Obama and Bill Clinton for a celebrity-teeming fundraiser at Radio City Music Hall, while Trump was in Massapequa for the wake of police officer Jonathan Diller, murdered by a career criminal, life-long scum bag, and George Floyd wannabe, Guy Rivera. Well, we have to keep our priorities straight, right? Is there anything else you need to know? Don’t think for a nano second that Biden’s handlers weren’t aware of how that would look. The fact is, they knew, and they didn’t care. Progressives hate for us is boundless; it has been for decades. Only two things distinguish the moment: They have complete control of all our various institutions, and we on the right have begun to cultivate a hatred that mirrors theirs.

Last week on CNN, Anderson Cooper conducted an interview with James Carville in which Carville claimed Joe Biden wasn’t a good attack politician, but suggested that trait wasn’t necessary for him because there were others who could do the president’s “wet work” for him in attacking Donald Trump. Neat little phrase, eh? Images of children splashing around in a back yard swimming pool jump to mind. However, “wet work” is a common euphemism in intelligence work for murder or assassination. The “wet” being a stand in for blood. You don’t have to take my word for it, any search engine will pull the term up immediately. As I said, it’s a risk, but the reward is survival and losing is death. And really, how tough are our tyrants? At least that would be discovered. I’m reminded of Alexandr Solzhenitsyn’s wishing that his compatriots had, even once, with bats and clubs or hammers, made the functionaries pay a price, so that from then on, when they left their homes in the morning, they had to wonder if they’d return. So, what would wet work visited on the left look like? To invoke a progressive hero, it would look like fish in the sea, collective and anonymous, domestic and, quite possibly, foreign; it would look like Thomas Jefferson’s fertilizing the tree of liberty; it would look like free people determined to remain free and willing to pay the price against authoritarians whose only goal is power. Regular listeners will easily recall that I’ve mentioned a number of times that Joe Biden will not be the Dem presidential candidate in 2024. How could he be? His policies have failed us; he is massively unpopular; and an enormous percentage of the country finds him too old, frail, and decrepit for any job beyond occasionally sweeping off his front porch, let alone president of the United States. And yet…And yet… Despite hand wringing and complaints and some coordinated media panty soiling, it appears that against all odds, the Dems are going to run Biden. I have to repeat it because it defies belief: The Dems are going to run Joe Biden. It’s the most astonishing thing I’ve ever beheld in American politics. It’s as if I’m watching a man cover his body in bacon grease and then jump into a lake filled with hungry alligators. Don’t misunderstand me, I’m happy to watch the result, it’s just I don’t understand this level of risible stupidity. ...For now, Trump must continue a talking point drum beat of open borders, inflation and crime, and he must outline how he will make life better for Americans. With respect to the day of reckoning awaiting Dems, he needs to keep that to a whisper and hide the cudgel behind his back. Win first and then improve our situation. The polity, elevated, benefitted and secure, will then help him build the scaffold for his and the country’s enemies. Before closing, I want to mention a personal note. This week, I unexpectedly lost a very close friend. Canada Free Press readers knew Doug Bronson from his “Ridin’ Out The Recession' with Doug and Deb” posts. I knew Doug as a friend from boyhood, with whom I spent countless hours at work and play. Doug was doubtless a toxic male and would have been honored to accept that designation. He was always reliable, always dependable and resourceful, and he was the best farmer, except for possibly my dad, that I ever knew. Doug is responsible for my having a podcast with CFP. Can America remain as one country? Should it? The question is no longer outrageous, not if we define outrage as something beyond the pale, far outside the norm. Any 30 second search on google or duck-duck-go will reveal scores of articles that detail counties wishing to join adjacent states, regions of some states wishing to become a separate state, and, most significantly, individual states that would like to secede from the union. Like it or not, Donald Trump is the man of the hour; he is the man whose time has come. It is easy and fair to be at odds with his temperament, his character, his ego; I don’t care, we need a samurai, a warrior politician. His detractors may not want him at the Sunday dinner table, but we need him leading the alley fight in which we’re now engaged. That realization has become crystal clear. This battle is about survival: Will we remain one country or succumb to Balkanization? Like it or not, and doubtless counterintuitively to his lefty critics, Donald Trump is our last and only opportunity and chance to avoid cataclysm. It’s time to say it out loud.

I’m making that point unequivocally, right now; if I’m wrong and get egg on my face then I’ll revisit this in November, and my critics can bathe in schadenfreude while I cry for the country that once was America. A few weeks past I mentioned something I’m now going to repeat: 30 odd years ago after having lived in NYC for 10 years, I visited a boyhood friend and told him “we’re going to have to fight these people one day. They hate our God, they hate our guns, they hate capitalism and they hate us.” At the time, he thought I was crazy; not today. General Trump is leading the way, and we are coming for progressives. It can be peaceful or not, but despite their ignorance we have inalienable rights bestowed by our Creator, and the left is not going to take them away from us.

Did you see or are you familiar with the Rasmussen survey last year in which he asked of blacks and whites “Do you agree or disagree with this statement: “It’s okay to be white.” Among blacks, 8% responded “somewhat disagree”; 18% said “strongly disagree”; and 21% said “not sure.” So while 1 out 5 black people absolutely don’t think it’s okay to be white, 47%, nearly half, couldn’t affirmatively state that it was okay to be white. The overwhelming amount of racial hatred in America, of racism, of judging someone by their color is on the part of blacks toward whites. I am in no way suggesting that all black people are racist and hate white people, nor am I ignorant to the fact that there are white racists. What I am saying is that there is an enormous disparity in percentages and even raw numbers between the two, and the hugely greater percentage and number rests with African-Americans. For the first time in a long time, we may have reached a point where a significant number of blacks are so weary of the new plantation to which progressives have yoked them, that they may, it seems, be willing to take a look and even try the other team. It is a consummation devoutly to be wished. Turning away from the Marxist divide and singing from the same hymnal of personal responsibility is the path to peace and prosperity for all of us

Alexei Navalny died in a Russian prison this past week. I’m sure neither his name nor his passing will mean much to Americans or Europeans. Most people don’t know who he was. Alexei Navalny was a political dissident on the order of Lech Walesa, Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King, an opponent of Putin’s and obviously much feared by the dictator and his regime. In 2020, he was poisoned; he survived that attempt on his life when he was airlifted to a Berlin hospital. Bravely, some might say foolishly, upon his recovery he returned to Russia and was immediately arrested. He’d been imprisoned since, and last week, at age 47, authorities reported his death. Undeniably, this was a political murder. That ideology that they are the most important thing in the world. In short, we are willing to die for things more important than ourselves, while for a narcissist, dying is the thing most to be feared. That advantage is forever superior. It is, one might say, Trump.

The mental fragility of the most powerful man in the free world floats in suspension like a cloud of mephitic ooze above the nation and the world. It’s propped up by a dual system of justice, a political party and its members and apparatchiks whose hatred for their fellow countrymen and lust for power denies or sweeps away reason, and a dying and dishonest media.

I am certain Democrats will attempt to steal the coming election, but I feel reasonably confident they will fail this time. Things here are going to become worse, not better. The victory margins are going to be too great to overcome. Their options will be limited. Maliciously stupid; relentlessly incompetent; progressives know they are losing and they’ve an unquenchable thirst for power. I fear the left this November, and I am grateful we are armed.

The greatest hope and strength for the present conservative struggle in America Deep state fecklessness is on bold display. The desire is to crush Donald Trump and his 75 million voters and then take over running the country without interference on the way to global utopia. Eagle Pass will embolden freedom lovers and has outlined the present limits of Deep State power. However, We are now dealing with a wounded animal, and there is nothing so dangerous. The outline of their intentions is easily detected in previously deployed tactics. At some point, our enemies will have to push all their chips into the middle of the table. We have them outmanned and outgunned. We can win, but we will have to call their bluff.

The hangman's noose has been fashioned. On whose neck is it to be fitted?, Immigration, climate change, globalization, Biden Obama, Trump, MAGA, Tea Party, NATO, Russia, Iran, China. Immigration, climate change, globalization…Like poisonous snakes, the various themes, in macro and micro, foreign and domestic, continue to intertwine, weaving themselves into a hangman’s rope, with the only question being whose neck is the noose to be fitted? I don’t know the outcome, but I’m certain this year is the last opportunity to avoid global-scale cataclysm. The fulcrum by which history will be decided is the United States, and the coming election is what will tip the balance.

The left create excrement from everything they touch, it follows them and clings to them like dust and dirt around Charlie Brown’s friend, Linus. The left perambulate in a swirl of whirling turds that land on everyone and everything that is around them. Our public school system is like our President, decrepit, failing, offensive and corrupt. As with our president, merit has been deemed unnecessary, superfluous and tarred with the thread-bare epitaph…Racist. Our borders are wide open and millions of low skilled foreigners —some number of terrorists and criminals among them—continue to pour across our borders. They stress our schools and social safety net, depress our wages for working class Americans and have brought with them diseases that have never been seen in our country. The left does not want Joe to step aside because he is demented and corrupt, they want him to go because they fear that he can’t win. This is pristine ruthlessness animated solely by a thirst for power and control. When you’re attacked by a destructive force, it is right and sensible to use every means at your disposal to rid yourself of it. We must match the progressive’s ruthlessness and get their hands off of us, because everything the left touches , it destroys.

The Lord advances like a warrior; He stirs up His zeal like a soldier. He shouts, He roars aloud, He prevails over His enemies. Isaiah 42:13. When does violence become a rational response? In only 75 years we have gone from a nation with teenagers willing to fight and win a war on two fronts to teenagers who can’t decide what sex they are and who become hysterical with rage and tears if challenged on the matter. We won’t fight over principles, but will destroy ourselves over frivolous nonsense. That is a fall so precipitous that it brings our survival into question. I have a growing optimism that the voters are going to turn on the Democrats. However, If I’m wrong and the Deep State cheats us again, then the terrible questions continues to loom: When does violence become a rational response?

Europe is impossible to save without a bloodbath. If western European Judeo-Christian culture is replaced in Europe, we will have to fight that what replaces it. Both here and in Europe, I believe that it is undeniable that ground zero for our present crisis is higher education. Yes, our Government institutions must be sanitized. The reason for that is that our universities are turning out graduates inculcated with hatred for western nations and culture and counter to freedom and capitalism. We have to overturn and obliterate the academic apple cart. To begin, outlaw all foreign contributions to American colleges. We don’t need money from Qatar financing a Chair at Yale. No more students from China or Middle East nations. Tax endowments. Implement compulsory college course on American History and Civics—and make sure it emphasizes and promotes American Exceptionalism. The time for us to address American rot is fast running out, and without profound change, we will become Europe.

What we require right now is courage and determination. Progressives in America hate Israel and are anti-semitic—simply put they hate Jews. Support for Israel and the intolerance for anti-semitism is strongly supported in American on the right. The Jewish vote in the next election is a Harbinger of things to come. I firmly believe Trump will win the election, because everything bad now will be much worse by election time and because his margins in the swing states will be to great to defeat by cheat. When he does, what will the progressives do? After their riots, looting and burning they will be met with a brute force. The the disassembling of the Hard Left Deep State in America will begin. If I am wrong then I see three possible outcomes: 1. America divides 2. A bloody Civil War 3. We will knuckle under We certainly live in interesting times.

Another Hour, Another day, Another week, I have never know a time when the world felt so imperilled Our present moment all other metaphors strike me as hollow . The best that I can imagine is that our world is puking blood. We have the enemy outnumbered and outgunned in America, but the Left must keep pushing. For if they lose now a huge day of reckoning lies ahead—there is no choice but to continue. This makes the Progressives desperate and dangerous, but far from invincible. In the final analysis I could not care less what progressives think of me. I am their enemy, I wish them nothing but ill and I bear them nothing but violence. The enemy is a Godless and narcissistic rabble. It is a power more screaming than muscle and it can be shattered—we only need to gather our will. We are on a precipice of a crusade. We fight for God, our families and the future of the world. God Speed and God Bless

Gone is the surety of purpose of the nation: What is happening today in Israel—if not defeated—will reach our shores in times to come. This calamity, I hope has provided an opportunity: If suburban mothers tired of their schools demanding transexual training and gay porn to their children. Have Blacks become the primary victims of the Defund the Police and relegated to second place behind illegal immigrants? Have liberal Jews now become aware that they are nothing more than fodder for the fire? Have any of them arrived at the understanding that it isn’t conservatives that threaten to destroy them? if so than as 2,000 years ago a single Jew’s sacrifice created the West, then perhaps today the sacrifice of 1,400 Jews will save it.

Russia's invasion of the Ukraine, China’s increasing belligerence towards Taiwan, and Hamas attacks Israel. Would any of this have happened if Donald Trump still occupied the White House? ..It’s a fair question. Iran supplies Hamas, Joe Biden gave $6 Billion to Iran—let that sink in. Donald trump warned that the gift would lead to terrorist attacks. Predictably it has been easy to hear Progressive voices declaring: “None of that $6 Billion funded these attacks!” That is deliberately despicable nonsense. Progressives’ relentless and contemptuous ignorance not whit standing, their latest bit of heinous sophistry was permanently buried this weekend by none other than Anthony Blinken, the habitual liar, who must have forgotten the talking points: “Iran has unfortunately always used and focused its funds on supporting terrorism.” We and the Europeans have allowed monsters to infiltrate us and have stood by while progressives fashioned and sculpted much of our youth to their support. Nowhere is the intersection of Leftism and Savagery been on bolder display than in the support for Islamic beasts. The fight is here—it is not going away. No form of war is as sacred than civilization against savagery. The defining struggle of our age is upon us— Either civilization or the savages will prevail, any attempt at the middle ground is suicide.

The Biden ship continues to take on water and will not reach the shores of re-election. Joe doesn’t want to go but, at best Jill Biden does not want Joe to give up. Bank on it, there is no shot of a conviction on Joe’s Impeachment--if it even reaches the Senate. So how do the Democrats usher Joe off and who do they get to replace him? Impeachment won’t rid the Democrats of Joe Biden, and Democrats want and need to get rid of Biden, yet they still will go to the mats to defend him. What is Jill Biden thinking? Can you imagine what is going through her mind when she sees Joe go before the cameras? That woman has a lot of anger for her husband, she is manifestly evil. The democrats are trapped in a jam of their own creation. Michelle Obama could she win? Between now and next election everything, and I mean everything is going to get worse. Failure and destruction is what the Progressives seek. The ride is going to be brutal and harsh, but it is going to afford us the chance to vanquish for a generation these numbskulls, freaks and communists. Joe Biden can’t run, but he is going to run and he is going to lose.

I’m going to begin with something tawdry, slimy, deviant and obscene— In other words a microcosm, a perfect illustration of today’s garden variety progressive. This week in Virginia Democrats have enthusiastically defended a woman candidate for a state house seat, Susanna Gibson, who has posted a dozen sex videos to site called Chatterbate. A tough week for America’s most important crime family. impeaching of Ole Joe. and Hunter Biden was indicted for lying about being a crackhead when filling out a gun licence. Speak Loudly for us Mr. President and carry a silent stick for the enemy. If Trump wins the Deep State is in for a reckoning. Do you think Trump will forgive and forget?

Don’t ever take a fence down before you know the reason it was put up. An ongoing theme through many podcasts feature a decrepit and incompetent President; a failing immiserating and impoverishing government, a mendacious, boldly dishonest press, and a Western Culture and Civilization depressed and declining. These themes all stem from the same source; Post-Modern Nihilism—a determined and suicidal embrace that everything is relative, objective truth is unattainable because it doesn’t exist and that there is no real meaning to life. The Core issue —the secret weapon if you will—of normal people is that we believe there are greater things than ourselves, namely; God, Country, Family. This teaches us love and bestows upon us humility and elevation. These things allow us hop, there teach us and sustain and lead us to build and nurture. They offer a possibility of enabling our existence through sacrifice—All the very opposite of tearing down.

Maui: This is what we get and should expect to receive when we have a progressive government. This is all too sad and too deadly serious. This is what our government has become: Ineptitude at every level, From the border, to inflation, to public schools, to crime. The government doesn't solve problems, it creates them , then worsens them. At every level the government pursues the progressive shibboleth of climate change and gender fluidity--and then fails miserably. Consider a silver lining? The Black vote. If a significant percentage--and the polls suggest that as a real possibility vote for Donald Trump the wave of progressivism will have crashed and died for a generation. A Black vote of that size will overwhelm all efforts to cheat and steal the election. Toxic ravages of progressivism: All Totalitarian, Socialist, Marxist forms of government fail catastrophically.
