Mix together salt, paprika, garlic powder, dried basil and ground coriander.
Add the spices to the chicken thighs and spread evenly on both sides.

Place the chicken legs on the grill and bake at 190°C for 30 minutes.
Mix 100 ml pineapple juice and 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
50 ml pineapple juice, 1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
Then gradually add pineapple juice with starch, stirring constantly.
Once boiling, cook for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Remove the chicken thighs and pour the sauce generously over them.
Bake for another 10 minutes at 180 C (top and bottom heat + circulating air).
Chop parsley.
