Taken aaages to get the hands right for the double side swipe and not getting snagged and honestly dosen't really look that impressive hahaha but as previously stated it's a work in progress and quite a long journey. ThanQ for sharing it with me 🙏🏽🕉❤️

6k Run and decided today that we'd do our 51 Burpees on top of the hill with a little bit of raving and a moonwalk thrown in 🕺🏻😂 V Windy but not too bad for the video quality so no music added today. Video length in total turned out to be 17 minutes and 17 seconds B💥💥M. You couldn't make it up! Nothing is random: Everything has meaning. Throwing in the first trick. SIDE SWIPE. Apart from a few snags on the rope and nearly taking my head off and earphone out I'm not gonna perfect everything before I share it out there. I want you to enjoy the journey and see the fuck ups and progress as I improve.
