Known as the migraine. So what’s the solution? You can take a pain killer but that’s just “killing” the pain. What is the natural way? The natural method is to first unblock the nose, release tension in your eyes and remove the pressure in your ears. Have you been suffering from sinus problems? The oxygen around us is keeping us alive. But it can be a struggle if you can not even breathe properly... A lot of solutions require third party tools, salt water in the nose. But these are still not what I consider natural. IMPORTANT INFORMATION. It’s is important that you do not attempt to put any water into the nostrils to try to clear the mucous. Water contains bacteria that can cause more harm than good if your sinus are infected. The nostrils, ear drum, lungs and even the brain are all connected, so the last thing you want, is for any water to find their way into these areas causing an infection. Eustachian blockages are the main cause of a clogged ear. This is the tube that connects to the middle ear and to the throat. Fluid and mucus flows from the ear to the back of the throat through this tube, where it’s swallowed. But instead of flowing down the throat, fluid and mucus can sometimes become trapped in the middle ear and clog the ear. This blockage usually cause an infection, such as the cold or sinusitis, runny nose, sneezing or even sore throat. It is important to unblock the trapped fluid in the tube in order to avoid any bacteria gets into the middle ear causing an infection. Signs of an ear infection include: ear pain redness fever hearing problems Instruction: Open your mouth to move your jaw in a down and up motion. mouth. Repeat this for ten times. This is what we do to relax the muscles in the jaw and nose. Move your jaw to the left and then to the right. Repeat for ten times. This will reduce the pressure in the jaw and the ear. Place your left thumb on your nose and close it with your thumb and finger. This will stop any air coming out when you breathe out. By closing the holes it will make the air get back into the Eustachian tube. Having an unclogging ear effect. Take a deep breath before you breathe out. Breathe out five times.
