Bench Press:
- 40kg x 8 reps x 2 sets
- 60kg x 8 reps x 2 sets
- 80kg x 8 reps x 2 sets
Landmine Chest Press:
- 30kg x 8 reps x 2 sets
- 40kg x 8 reps x 2 sets
- 50kg x 8 reps x 2 sets
Deficit Push-Ups:
- 8 reps x 6 sets
This chest day workout routine focuses on building strength and muscle in the chest area. Starting with the bench press, gradually increasing the weight with each set to challenge your muscles.
