INGREDIENTS:
1/ 2 pound pasta
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
6 ounces cherry tomatoes
1 shot vodka (preferably Tito’s)
1 cup heavy cream
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Red pepper flakes, to taste
1/ 2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
Fresh basil, for garnish
RECIPE:
1. In a pot of salted water, cook the pasta until it’s al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, melt butter with a dash of olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and cherry tomatoes to the pan. Sprinkle with salt and cook until the tomatoes soften, then gently smush them.
4. Stir in tomato paste and cook for a minute or two to incorporate.
5. Add vodka and mix. Follow with 1 cup of heavy cream, stirring until well combined.
6. Allow the sauce to simmer for 5-7 minutes to burn off the alcohol. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce. Pour in a dash of pasta water and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
8. Cook for a few more minutes until the pasta is well-coated. Garnish with extra Parmesan and fresh basil leaves before serving.

🍎 peal and chop the apples into small cubes and microwave for 1 mins
🍎 blend the apples with a blender until it turns into purée
🍎 add all the ingredients and mix until it’s all well combine and you will result with a homogeneous butter
🍎 pour into doughnuts mould and bake for 12 minutes at 180 C
🍩 optional but really recommend it: if you want to make these doughnuts really special add a mix of sugar and cinnamon on top💫 to do this you’ll need to brush the top of the doughnuts with oil (I have used melted coconut oil ~ 1 tsp).
This way the cinnamon and sugar mixture will stick onto it.

Ingredients
1/2 cup softened unsalted butter ( 1 stick )
8-10 garlic cloves
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoons red chili flakes
Salt to taste
1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese
1 baguette
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
For the hot honey
1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp red chili flakes
( optional ) 2 tbsp hot sauce or apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
Heat the oven to 400 F. In an oven safe bowl add garlic cloves and half cup olive oil. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the garlic is soft.
In another bowl add butter, baked garlic cloves, red chili flakes , salt, and parsley. Mix well until nice and smooth.
Slice baguette in half lengthwise, spread good amount of garlic mixture onto both sides , top it with mozzarella cheese. Then bake both halves until toasty for about 15-20 minutes! Garnish with parsley.
For the sauce Add the honey and chili flakes to a small pot or pan over medium heat.
Gently heat the honey until you see small bubbles forming along the edges of the pan then remove the pan from the heat.
Let the honey infuse for 5 minutes. If you’re using the hot sauce or vinegar, stir it into the honey now. Mix well and enjoy.

2 cups all purpose flour
About 2/3 cup water ( more or less if needed )
Salt to taste
1 cup chopped scallions
Black sesame seeds
1/3 cup sesame oil
1/3 cup cooking oil
Dipping sauce:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp. sesame oil
Salt to taste
1 tbsp chili oil
Chopped green onion and coriander
Method:
Put flour into a bowl. Pour in hot water and salt. Stir well. Use your hands to combine the mixture into a rough looking dough. Add more flour if needed Grasp dough to form a ball, cover, and rest for 10 minutes.
After resting, then knead until very smooth (around 3-5 minutes ). Then divide the dough into equal parts . Shape each portion into a smooth round dough. Cover the rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
With a rolling pin, flatten the dough ball into thin flat shape. Brush with sesame oil , sprinkle chopped scallions and sesame seeds on top. Fold up the dough into a cylinder. Slightly lengthening the cylinder with two hands, and then roll from one end to the other to form a snail shape. Suck the end into the dough.
Roll the dough into round circles.
Warm up a pan on high heat. Add some oil and then place the scallion pancakes. Once you put the pancakes in, remember to adjust to medium-high heat. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes . When the bottom is golden brown, flip the side and cook the other side for additional 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve warm with the dipping sauce and enjoy.

This recipe is packed with flavour, great ingredients. And they turned so delicious and so tasty.
For 7-8 Muffins Cups (regular size)
Dry Ingredients
•¼ tsp Baking powder
•¼ tsp Baking soda
•¼ tsp ginger ground
• ½ tsp cinnamon ground
•½ cup whole wheat flour
•A pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients
•¼ cup maple syrup
•¼ cup vegetable oil
•½ tsp vanilla extract
•1 large egg
•2 tbs unsweetened apple sauce
•1/2 TBS of orange zest (from 1 orange)
•1/4 cup Orange juice
Filling:
•½ cup of grated green apple
•¼ cups of shredded carrots
•¼ cup of dried plump, sliced.
•¼ cup of mix nuts (I used walnut & macadamia), roughly chopped
Topping (optional)
•Choco chip
STEPS:
• In a bowl, add all "dry ingredients". Mix well. Set aside. And in the different bowl, all the "filling ingredients". Set aside.
• In the container, add all the "wet ingredients". Mix well. Then add the "dry ingredients", mix only until well combined. Then add the "filling ingredients". Mix well only until well combined. Don't overmix.
• Lightly grease the muffin silicone with oil.Using ¼ cup, scoop and pour it in each muffin silicone and add the topping. Place the muffin silicone in the airfryer, cook at 175 C for about 13 minutes or until the top become golden brown
and slightly cracked. Let them sit for around 5 minutes before removing from the silicone. Enjoy!

For the dough:
* Combine 2 cups Ap flour, 1/2 tsp Salt, and 4 tbsp Oil. Mix till a breadcrumb like texture is achieved.
* Then add Water(as required to knead the dough) and knead a semi-soft dough.
* Let the dough rest for at-least 30 mins.
For the stuffing:
* Take 4-5 Boiled & mashed Potatoes in a bowl. Then add 1/4 tsp Red Chilli powder, Salt to taste, 2 chopped green chilies, handful of Kasoori methi and Keya’s Piri Piri Masala.
* Mix well and the stuffing is ready.
Assembly & baking:
* Divide the dough into 8 roundels.
* Roll each roundel and stuff it with the stuffing as shown in the video.
* Roll it and mark cuts. Then shape into donuts as shown. Make sure to seal each donut using water.
* Brush with milk & bake at 200 degrees for 12-15 mins or until golden.

✅ 8 -10 ripe apples (800 gr of apple slices)

✅ 1 pinch of salt
✅ 3 eggs
✅ 100 ml (a bit less than 1/2 cup) of oat milk OR regular milk
✅ 20 gr (a generous tablespoon) of coconut oil (OR melted butter OR sunflower oil)
✅ 20 gr of sugar (optional)
✅ Natural vanilla extract (less than a teaspoon)
♨️ BAKE: 35-40 min. 200° Celsius fan heat, (pre-heated oven) or more if needed, don’t hesitate to cover with an aluminum foil if it burns on the top. IMPORTANT: adapt the cooking time and temperature to your own oven
RECIPE:
🌿 Mix flour, salt and baking powder together
🌿 Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns white
🌿 While beating, add coconut oil, oat milk and vanilla flavoring
🌿 Pour in the flour mixture, mix again
🌿 Peel the apples and slice VERY THINLY with a knife (NB : the slices do not have to be even so that the batter can seep through evenly !)
🌿 Pour the batter over the apples, mix well and pour into the cake pan
🌿 Bake at 200° Celsius fan heat for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown
🌿 When the cake is cooled, unmold it and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving
