Today I'll show you How to use Resistance/Loop Bands for the Perfect Pull Up!
Choose a Loop Band that "assists",
1. Choose the proper Loop band ( the lighter the band, the less assistance you will be getting ).
2. Loop the resistance band over the pull up bar
3. Engage the lats, rhomboid and the scapula and maintain the Hollow Position.
5. Get a full range of motion.
When you can complete 4sets x 10reps with 1min. with one band, its time to move to a lighter band.

The first major advantage of HIIT(HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING) is that it can lead to more fat loss in a shorter period of time, despite the fact that you actually burned fewer calories. This is because it will actually fire up your system and cause you to burn more calories in the hours after your workout (after BURN effect).
No doubt about it: HIIT is the winner!

You can combine Calisthenics and Body building with absolutly not problem: 2/3 sessions of body building and 1/2 sessions of Calisthenics per week for example.
For you ladies, you have to know that Calisthenics it's the best way to reach a flat stomach, to sculpt amazing legs and gluteus, tone up all your body without developing huge and unpleasant muscles.
Most importantly you can train with my free program workout wherever you want: in your gym, in your garden, in your favourite park at the beach during holiday... wherever you want!
