I've been trying out cheese-making lately, with raw goats milk I get from a local farm. Raw milk is super-nutritious, but the carbs make it tough for me to drink much of, so I'm turning it to cheese instead! Liquid glucose is great for getting low blood sugars up FAST! Problem is, its hard to use them consistently, unless you're using a spoon or a beaker. What if there was a way to easily divide them into 4g servings, that you can see, and make consistency a breeze? Turns out, you can! Using a pack of jewelery tubes and a stroke of luck, I found a way to get just the liquid glucose I need, no more no less.
