God is good all the time

Today I am looking at a follow up you might say to our video about accepting everyone. There were some who thought that we were saying something wrong and that Jesus never accepted anyone and instead was NOT accepted. This is true, and we will be despised as well, but I feel that the story of the good Samaritan is the best example of Jesus' teaching about acceptance so That is what I looked at today. Yes we are going there. People who have commented about our series's name have all had one main thing to point out and that was the nature of God. The complaint was that we had no understanding of Goods nature. What is it that makes scripture? Is it just words on a page, is it WHO put the thoughts in the minds or is it even the thoughts behind the words on the pages? Or could it even be that GOD meant for them to be there as His thoughts and therefore it is a Holy Word from God? THere are many who write words on pages and they call them the words of God yet they don't meet the standards of who God is and therefore are just as bad as those who are saying they speak the words of God directly. God's ideal for marriage is One man and One woman. This is found in scripture and is the image that God has for what is a marriage. What is causing the most problems within the Church today? Well most people in the public are saying its evangelical Christians that are giving the Church a bad name. Yes yesterday was a total eclipse of the sun. And guess what folks we are still here. There were many that say this is the sign that Jesus return is imminent And we should be watching for Him. But the scriptures tell us that this can be a sign...but that those signs tend to be supernatural. This was a natural event and as the scriptures also point out the the GLORY of GOD IS EVIDENT IN THE SUN AND THE MOON!! This was one of those glorious events.
