My biggest regret in life is that I wish I would have started traveling sooner. I wish I would have started to save money at age 17 and start to travel the world by age 20. I went to an INOX cinema in Madurai to watch a movie in English. The only movie available was Chakra, with English subtitles. I decided to watch it. Like mentioned in the video, I have watched quite a few Indian movies - but none have really interested me much. Sometimes it's the story, sometimes it's the lighting, or the edits, or the lack of realism. But Chakra was OK. I actually wanted to see how the movie ended. The last 10 seconds of the movie was my favorite! But in this video, I talk about my experience inside an Indian Cinema (INOX), as an American. After living in Madurai for about 30 days and swimming every day, I have become quite comfortable with this area...until today. While swimming, a man armed with a giant knife came up to me and threatened to kill me. As I got away, he ran over and took my clothing and my phone which was sitting in the rocks. I immediately ran up to the street and tried to get help from a local person to call the police. By the time the police arrived, the armed thief had already escaped.
