The PTSD Struggles of One Police Officer Changes the Lives of Hundreds
Eric Reynolds served almost twenty years as a Boynton Beach, Florida Police Officer.
His world changed one afternoon when while on patrol, he was advised to BOLO (be on the lookout) for a bank robbery suspect driving a red car with a white top. Minutes later, he spotted a car matching the description and radioed for a backup. As he followed the car waiting for assistance, the suspect raced away with Eric in pursuit. The suspect crashed into another car, and as Eric got out of his car, he came under fire. The next few moments would change his life forever.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is as real as a bullet. Eric’s life started to deteriorate as drinking and overeating began taking a toll on his physical health...

The Case of the Diaper Rash Goes all the way to the Supreme Court
A recent case at the Supreme Court not only brings the question to light, but protects your right to sue for a redress of grievance when law enforcement arrests you for defending your home.
As a parent, I have sympathy for Mr. Thomas and his then-fiancee. They were preparing to go to bed when, unbeknownst to them, Talleta’s sister Camille called 911, apparently mistaking crying and diaper rash as a sign of abuse.
Although Mr. Thompson did refuse to grant the police entry into his apartment, he was well within his rights since they did not have a warrant. The fact that he challenged an illegal entry into his home does not give the police the authority to restrain him. Mr. Thompson was defending the law, while the police were the ones violating it.

Trial by Mob Justice on Police Officer Before Investigation

Grievances About the Right to a Redress of Grievances
The First Amendment protects your right to seek a redress for harms done to you. It does so by prohibiting Congress from passing laws that abridge your right to petition the government for a redress of grievance. Not only has Congress ignored that restriction on their actions, but the federal courts have outright denied you this right.
If we wish to be citizens in a free republic, then we must stand with those who have been charged with defending our rights, instead of trampling on them. Unless you wish to live as a subject of a tyrannical government, one which acts as if those who work for it cannot be wrong, then we must join together to assist those who have been both injured by these drugs and denied their right to petition for a redress of their grievance.

Washington State Denies Religious Freedom to Gospel Mission
The Union Gospel Mission in Seattle is a religious-based organization by any reasonable definition. They require all paid staff to affirm their statement of faith, and their employee handbook’s standards of conduct were quite clearly biblically-based. Enter Matthew Woods.
Matthew Woods, a former summer intern and volunteer for the Mission, saw a job posting for a staff attorney position in the Mission’s legal aid clinic. He disclosed to the legal aid clinic’s staff that he identified as bisexual and was in a same-sex relationship, and he asked whether that would pose an obstacle to employment with the Mission.... The clinic’s director quoted the employee handbook and explained that Woods was not “able to apply,” but the director wished him well and later sent Woods a secular legal aid clinic’s job posting....
Do you truly have Freedom of Religion when those who have sworn or affirmed to protect it fail to do so?

On the Business of Foreclosure: Something Appears Rotten in the City of Southfield
What are the limits placed on governments when they foreclose on property? Do those in office have a fiduciary responsibility to both the homeowner and the taxpayers in how they dispose of the property? Are the accusations being made in this case something that could be going on around the country?
Something appears rotten in the city of Southfield and the county of Oakland in the State of Michigan. In the case of Tawanda Hall et al., v. Andrew Meisner, Oakland County Treasurer et al., some truly disturbing facts have come to light.
Were the homeowners notified that they would lose not only their property, but the equity they had on that property? Were they notified that the county would not auction off their property, thereby allowing them to retrieve the equity they had in it?

The State of Freedom of Religion in America
What is freedom of religion? How can you tell if you actually have freedom of religion? Does freedom of religion exist because of the First Amendment, or does government determine it? A recent case before the Supreme Court asked that very question. Sadly, the court decided not to consider answering it.
Our desire to worship as we please was not only one of the driving factors in the creation of the colonies in America; it’sa foundational freedom in this country. The very first freedom listed in the very first amendment in the Bill of Rights to be ratified was your freedom of religion. Specifically:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

Does the Influx of Illegal Migrants Constitute an Invasion?
If you knew there was very little risk that you would actually be punished, how many of you would turn down the chance to rob a bank, cheat on your taxes, or even assault that idiot who cut you off in traffic and gave you the finger? Or what if you could earn 10, 20, even 30 times more than you do today, and all you had to do was cross a border without permission or consequence, would you do it?
A law that is not enforced is a waste of time and energy. So who is ultimately responsible for the fact that our border crossing laws are not being enforced? Is it the alien who breaks those laws? Is it the criminal who takes advantage of the lax enforcement of those laws? Or is it the federal agent on the border?
No, there are only two groups of people responsible for the fact that our border laws are not being enforced...

A Drug Company's First Obligation is to Ensure the Safety of its Products
More athletes and celebrities are developing blood clots at very young ages, including a young golfer and an entertainer, both women. In the peer-reviewed literature, the COVID-19 vaccine is the proximate cause of blood clots, myocarditis, and many other widely recognized vaccine injury syndromes.
Dr. McCullough said the first question to ask is, "Did the patient take one of the COVID-19 vaccines?"
Dr. McCullough appeared with Dan Ball on Real America responding to Pfizer President Albert Bourla, who advised the world a fourth booster shot would be necessary.Dr. McCullough remarked instead of promoting vaccine sales, Bourla should be telling the world why 1,223 patients died shortly after taking the Pfizer vaccine within the first 90 days of its public release.

Can State Nullification Save the Republic?
Look at how your state legislators act when the federal government exceeds its just powers. Do they comply, submitting to their creation as if it were their master? Do they complain, but do nothing to stand in the way of federal despotism?
People who study the Constitution of the United States readily see that the government in Washington, D.C. is out of control. The Tenth Amendment clearly states:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
When was the last time a resolution was brought to the floor of your state legislature declaring an act of the federal government unconstitutional?

The State of our First Amendment is Sobering
Seventy-two percent agreed that “it is important for our democracy that the news media act as a watchdog on government,” and 48% agreed with the statement that the news media, “tries to report the news accurately and without bias.” Not surprisingly, the reactions to the latter statement differ wildly between the two largest political parties, with 39% of Republicans agreeing compared with 56% of Democrats.
This trend continued when respondents were asked if they agreed with the statement, “The spread of fake news and misinformation on the internet is a serious threat to our democracy.” While 77% agreed that fake news was a threat, the split was 84% for Republicans and 77% for Democrats.

The Emphasis on Benjamin Franklin's 'Republic'
IsAmerica a Democracy or a Republic? What are the differences between a Democracy and a Republic? Here are what some of the Founders said:
We are now forming a republican government. Real liberty is neither found in despotism or the extremes of democracy, but in moderate governments —
- Alexander Hamilton – Federal Convention, June 26, 1787
Democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where 51% of the people may take away the rights of the other 49%.
- Thomas Jefferson
Democracy… while it lasts is more bloody than either aristocracy or monarchy. Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There is never a democracy that did not commit suicide.
- John Adams
Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote!
- Benjamin Franklin

The Young Global Leaders Program of Klaus Schwab Trained Justin Trudeau
Klaus Schwab has been presented to the world as an expert economist, a champion of economic freedom... but details of his history are moving into the light... and he is far from a champion of freedom.
In a video made in 2017, Schwab bragged that half the cabinet in Canada and the prime minister, of course, were products of his Hitlerian Young Global Leaders organization.
“We penetrate the global cabinets of countries with our WEF young globalist leaders, like Justin Trudeau, more than half of his cabinet.” Klaus Schwab said.

Would a Convention of States fix Washington, D.C.?
Some people claim that a Convention of States is the only way to reign in an out-of-control government in Washington, D.C. Others warn that such a convention could overturn the Constitution. Which of them is right?
The Constitution provides two methods for proposing amendments to the Constitution of the United States: One is by Congress and one is by the States.
Congress can propose amendments by passing a resolution with a two-thirds majority in each house. To date, no amendment to the Constitution has been proposed by the states. However, there are those who wish to change that.
And the big question is...
Would a Convention of States fix Washington, D.C.?

Should Congress take Over Presidential Elections?
Senators Angus King, Amy Klobuchar, and Dick Durbin have released a discussion draft of their legislation to place Congress in control of the Presidential election process, in direct violation of the Constitution of the United States.
The Discussion Draft of the Electoral Count Modernization Act: To amend title 3, United States Code, to revise the rules for Presidential elections and counting electoral votes, and for other purposes.
This legislation claims the power to revise the rules for two things: Presidential elections and counting electoral votes. The first question we must ask is, does the Constitution delegate to Congress the power to regulate Presidential elections?

The Nuremberg Code and Vaccine Mandates
Based on the totality of scientific data, do the COVID “vaccines” diagnose, treat, or prevent the disease? While there was much hype about the effectiveness of these “vaccines” when they were first released, that bubble has well and truly burst. Well-controlled clinical trials, along with other studies, have shown that the effectiveness of these “vaccines” is short-lived at best, ranging between 2-6 months.
The evidence that existing approved medications were capable of treating COVID-19 has been around for more than a year. However, the same government bureaucracy that has been promoting these “vaccines” has conveniently not only failed to approve these products for the treatment of COVID-19, but they have also lied about the evidence for their effectiveness.
Even a recent article from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) refers to these mRNA “vaccines” as experimental. So even if you haven’t taken a COVID-19 “vaccine”, you are participating in a medical experiment if you’ve had a PCR test.
We’ve looked at the law and The Nuremberg Code, but what does all of this have to do with the Constitution?
