Talking Truth

The WA Legislation known as the Statute of Limitation put a ridiculous limit on the time frame in which a survivor of abuse in institutions, government and church iwere able to sue for compensation. The Royal Commission into Institution Abuse pressured the Government to lift the limitation statute. That meant that hundreds of survivors sought compensation through Law Firms that offered their services taking fees from compensation payouts. That has culminated in years of waiting for Government and Church Lawyers to make offers at mediation meetings. One such client was with the Law Firm 5 years and died before any compensation was received. Charges on the foster family abusers were laid for him and another boy, and the police dropped the charges. He wanted his day in court, and was told that would happen, but there had been no application to court. The Lawyer representing this man was deceitful and totally disreputable. Settling at mediation means less than could be awarded in a trial, and is shrouded in secrecy often requiring a gag order preventing any public awareness.

Survivors of child abuse in care and protection seeking justice from agencies tasked with holding accountablility, come up against walls within damage control agencies, The Police Child Abuse Unit a damage control agency. The Child Protection Department go to another level and legislate a register containing the names ,ages, addresses, ,and nature of abuse, of all children known to the department on a computer. The Register was written into the new Child Welfare Act as the exchange of information. The manager and security of the Register a department social worker who worked as a field officer in Katanning when Dennis McKenna was abusing children for 15 years who were resident at a Hosel. He was on the board of that Hostel, When in Perth.he placed children with pedophile foster carers, took children from institutions, drugged them whilst facilitating them to pedophile rings, was also the criminal screening manager for the department. At one time had been promoted to Consumer Advocate for the department, and until recently was employed after his resignation as a consultant. The Director General who succeeded the Director General discussed in previous video’s traveled the world working for Aust Trade prior to becoming the Director General in WA. He was instrumental in establishing the transportation Act also written into the amended child Welfare Act 2004. This gave the department the legal right to transfer children out of the state. The register, known as the exchange of information was to service the Transportation of children from the department to anywhere in the world.

Part Four: Institutional Child Abuse So many children have been sexually and physically abused, not to mention mental and emotional abuse in the name of care and protection. Child Protection Departments have facilitated the drugging and trafficking of children in their care. Have provided children to be abused by high profile pedophile groups and to service the child pornography industry. This was born out in the Royal Commission into Institutional abuses of children. Thousands of submissions. When institutions run by pedophile groups closed, the children were placed with foster parents, several who are pedophiles. Foster parents that are highly paid and their interest is in the money. Case workers that ignore the children who are deemed to be liars. With any adverse publicity the departments response is to hold inquiries called independent but are run by those attached to the department. Money will be thrown into the department, but the culture continues as per normal.

Part Five; Testimonies of children abused in care and protection Two ladies recount their experiences as survivors of horrific abuses they suffered In care and protection. It was an extremely emotional experience for them but they demonstrated courage and determination ,not willing for any child to have to endure what they endured. They included as much as they could handle, but there is so much more that is still to be exposed.

The proposed restructure will have no effect on the real issues that have brought the Family Court into disrepute. The restructure deals with the structure of the Family Court as opposed to decisions of Judges and Magistrates that enable abusive parents to maintain access to their children, even in cases where abuse is proven. Then there are mothers and fathers who never get to see their children despite doing no harm. There are orders prevented parents from taking a child to the doctor, police, or a psychologist. Judges that Have deliberately delayed residency proceedings for years. Judges that favour pedophiles. No accountability for those parents that lie and perjure themselves. Richard Gardiner introduced the Parent Alienation program into the Family Court. Gardiner is self published and quoted to make statement only a pedophile would utter. Ralph Underwater was embraced as a Family Court Expert and introduced the False Memory Syndrome to the Courts. He was found to be involved in the Man Boy Lovers group of pedophiles. There is no accountability regarding the Magistrates and Judges that have made decisions that are detrimental and sometimes fatal in children’s lives. Despite this restructure that has cost billions the culture will not change, as the government are not addressing the real problems, whilst pouring finances into a Federal Circuit Court in conjunction with the Family Court.

The Former Director General wins a tender and is appointed to write a report on the restructure of the Australian Family Court 2008. The report is not supported by the Legal Fraternity and there are periodic reviews. Each review is allocated to consultant firms that are clients of the former Director General. Despite the misgivings and opposition of the Legal Fraternity Christian Porter is determined to push the proposed restructure through legislation. Senator Patrick has been very vocal in his opposition to the proposal but ends up instrumental in getting it passed when lucrative incentives are provided to his state. Christian Porter announces the report has passed with the full support of the Law Fraternity and the proposed restructure has been adopted and implemented.

An executive Director General of the child protection department in WA and NSW admitted in the Wood Royal Commission to sexually abusing children and supplying child pornography to clients around the world. When charged the Magistrate claims the police search flawed, and images to be returned to him, charges dismissed. This information relayed to Bob Carr NSW Premier. The senior whistleblower and another department executive lose their jobs. The Police Minister wants him sacked because of his disclosures. The Minister resigned. The disclosure to be investigated by department lawyers and the Corruption Committee ICAC. That investigation becomes an investigation into the man’s downgrading which is a grade that precludes him from employment at the Director General level, however he is free to seek another Government job. He registers a consultancy business servicing Federal and Global Governments, including the restructure of the Australian Family Court, which has taken effect.
