So many children have been sexually and physically abused, not to mention mental and emotional abuse in the name of care and protection. Child Protection Departments have facilitated the drugging and trafficking of children in their care. Have provided children to be abused by high profile pedophile groups and to service the child pornography industry. This was born out in the Royal Commission into Institutional abuses of children. Thousands of submissions. When institutions run by pedophile groups closed, the children were placed with foster parents, several who are pedophiles. Foster parents that are highly paid and their interest is in the money. Case workers that ignore the children who are deemed to be liars. With any adverse publicity the departments response is to hold inquiries called independent but are run by those attached to the department. Money will be thrown into the department, but the culture continues as per normal.
