After a really stressful start to the new year, I escaped my urban residential environment to recharge my soul in the woods of Lockhart State Park with my two younger children.

Spend a few hours with me enjoying a slow early morning with my youngest child. I have found that the pace of our morning really sets the tone for our day. I arrange my life to prioritize peaceful mornings. This reduces my anxiety and makes me a much more present and calm mother and teacher to my children.
