Scooter tires can be hard to replace. If it's super stuck, you might need some extra help from a vise to break the bead loose from the rim. Tire pressure should be between 25 and 35 psi.

The stock tire size on my scooter is 120/70 - 12. I installed some bigger tires and they fit... kind of, not really. I'll need to trim the fenders a little bit. It's easier to work on the rear wheel and brake if you drain the gas first and lay the scooter down on its side.

Straightening the handlebars on a Chinese scooter
The Roketa MC 16-150 scooter takes a metric M10 x 1.25 bolt, 50mm length to hold the handlebar clamp on to the steerer tube. If your handlebars move side to side, you should replace the bolt.
