Mrs. Douglas said she went along with this to have peace, well to gain Peace by Violating your Oath isn't Peace, and Mrs. Douglas' approval was andis a Violation of the Oath she took and other office holders betraying the Trust of AZ Voters. History Forgotten is Always Repeated / Better of Two Evils Equals EVIL. The Sun City West GOP Meeting in Jan. 2016 with Supt. Diane Douglas talking about Kelli Ward's Amended HB 2184 and her support of it which Violated Mrs. Douglas Oath of Office, and also spoke on SB 1469, and at the SCW GOP meeting in Feb. 2016 then Sen. Kelli Ward spoke and was Endorsed by Mrs. Douglas, I attended both meetings and couldn't believe my ears when Mrs. Douglas endorsed Sen. Ward for Office after her comments about the Bill Ward Amended and pushed through her committee to the Senate Floor as requested by GOP Leadership, proved who Ward takes orders from. Mrs. Douglas stated she went along with Ducey and GOP Leadership to Violate the AZ Constitution just to stop the arguing and when the original deal made got even worse she still supported it, this is the perfect Example of Better of Two Evils Equaling EVIL, Example: You agree to buy a car for $1,000 but the Final Contract comes the price is now $5,000 do you still sign it, Mrs. Douglas said yes, however the Right thing was to Walk away from an Unconstitutional Bill to begin with, however Mrs. Douglas saying she wanted peace led her to Violating her Oath of Office along with all the Elected Officials who voted 4 it, and a Trust with AZ Voters and their Children was Broken. Mrs. Douglas's own LD 22 had several PCs including myself and other voters who had supported her in the Primary and General speaking at the Capital against HB 2184 and were terribly upset with Mrs. Douglas's support of the HB 2184 as it Violated AZ's Constitution and she Violated her Oath in supporting it in the Education Committee Chaired by then Sen. Kelli Ward, and Sen. Allen stated she didn'twant to Violate the AZ Constitution, however once we'd all spoken against it she and the other Republicans Voted 4 it and moved it to the Senate Floor where it passed and went back to the House where it was killed, and then Sen. Biggs put SB 1469 in the Reconciliation Process also a violation of AZ State Law and passed SB 1469 sent to Gov. Ducey who gladly signed it into Law, this isn't serving the People. The Unconstitutional Deal made on HB 2184 led to SB 1469 which is still in operation and the AZ Board of Education having more power now than they did then, those in office now have done nothing to reverse this and must also be held to accountable for that and many other bills they've passed while not Passing Election Laws that would have Prevented the Stolen Election of 2020, I hope all understand Compromising a Sacred Trust & Violating your Oath is a Defeat for We the People, but for those who Supported or Voted 4 these Bills hopefully will never be Trusted Again. For the 13 counties, 3,860 registered with a federal voter registration form. We do not have this data for Maricopa and Pima. As for the count of federal only voters, the numbers are provided below: Inactive: 10,855, Active: 24,806 = 35,748, now there's another question why hasn't Maricopa or Pima Counties turned in their data to the AZ SOS's Office, maybe because it's they control so many more votes and can commit Voting Fraud easier in these Counties, not to mention more Events held to Register Voters and Harvest Ballots. AZ Registered Voters using the Federal Form: 3,860AZ Registered Voters not using Federal form 31,888 must have been transferred to the Federal Voters List from AZ State Form, this isn’t legal even with AZ's Executive Branch agreement in 2016, and therefore all these Voters and their Votes must be removed from the total votes and the Federal Only List. I made this video in my 2012 run for the US Senate in AZ, my concerns haven’t changed, and AZ Lawmakers never listened to my personal request to Secure AZ’s Voting System, so what I predicted, has happened in the 2012 Elections and now we're paying the Price for their lack of Leadership on Revamping Our AZ Election Laws. AZ is now a Blue State and I believe due to out of control Early Voting brought about by the using the Excuse of the China Virus, and Ballot Harvesting system which AZ’s Legislature has neglected to fix and don’t believe it will., there is an even greater chance for weaknesses in the voting process in AZ and elsewhere to allowing ineligible voters to participate in our elections. Maricopa County Board of Supervisors have Certified the Election saying all the Votes are legal, this is an incorrect statement as they have no way of knowing that as a Fact with the Election Laws and the system in Maricopa County with Fontez running it, who so many of us don’t trust. This Certification is a Political Feel Good Statement to influence the Voters to trust the Broken system and what they should be doing is running an Audit to see how many Federal only Forms were used and how many Ballots were dropped off by Ballot Harvesters, I for one don’t trust the system and have said so for years, but then the government always trusts itself. Is or Isn't Harris a Natural Born Citizen? View & Read Article, Like & Share This information I believe is vital to understanding just what the Intent of the US Constitution says concerning the real Status of a Natural Born Citizen vs. Citizen of the US of America. Article II of the Constitution states: “No Person except a natural born Citizen . . . shall be eligible to the Office of President.” Donald Trump thinks Sen. Ted Cruz is not a “natural born Citizen” and that he is therefore constitutionally ineligible to be president. Is Trump right? Cruz was born in 1970 in Calgary, Canada, to a U.S. citizen mother and a Cuban citizen father, and therefore not a Natural Born Citizen, nor is Rubio. The 1790 statute, however, was not intended to address presidential eligibility. Rather, like earlier English statutes that referred to “natural born subjects,” it exempted children born abroad from the need to follow any other procedures (“to naturalize”) in order to be considered citizens. Then in 1940, Congress passed a statute dispensing with the need for a child born abroad to a U.S. citizen mother to naturalize, however Statutes don’t change the U.S. Constitution this would take Amending it and they Never Have. Lets look at it like this, we all know the difference between Butter and Margarine, so simple when you think of it, this is as simple as it gets, Natural or Man Made Laws, it’s rather funny when you think of it the Socialist Dems want our power system from Wind and Sun but they don’t mind putting someone one breath away from being President who’s not qualified as originally intended. Taken all together, these laws would cause a textualist to conclude that Ted Cruz, born in Canada to a U.S. citizen mother in 1970, is a “natural born Citizen” eligible to be president, which is untrue. Harris parents weren’t citizens and no proof her father became one before her 16th birthday so she can’t be considered a natural born citizen, but is a citizen only with all the rights of a citizen except for Natural Born by definition.The Article on Trump vs. Cruz, does apply to Harris in 2020, but then why would it matter to Liberal Socialist Democrats who follow the theory of the U. I have a layman’s understanding of this as do others, since the word Natural is only used when laying out the Laws as to who’s eligible to be President, and doesn’t apply to U.S. Senators, Representatives, Supreme Court or Federal Judges, Governors, or any other elected officials we have to conclude there’s a special meaning to Natural Born Citizen rather than just Citizen, so with that in mind since neither of her parents were citizens at the time of her birth, she’s not a Natural Born Citizen and isn’t qualified to run for V.P., but I have no doubt it will happen no matter what as they’d bring up racism if she’s challenged it’s been the Favorite accusation of the Socialist Democrats for Decades.
