Yummy Chiken Parmesan
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cups marinara sauce
8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
Fresh basil leaves, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
Set up three bowls for breading: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Dip each chicken breast in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture, pressing the breadcrumbs to coat the chicken evenly.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken breasts until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
Spoon marinara sauce over the chicken breasts, covering them completely. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the chicken is cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.
Garnish with chopped basil leaves before serving.

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
