Stop 🖐 doing this. Alcohol is not you friend🛑
Alcohol, often considered a social lubricant or a way to unwind after a long day, can be deceptive in its allure. While it may seem like a friend, offering temporary relief or a momentary escape, alcohol is not a true ally. In reality, it can become a harmful habit that takes a toll on both your physical and mental well-being.

Do you know this phrase? 👇👇👇
"the past can hurt. But the way I see it, you can either run from it, or learn from it."?
It's actually genius, there's so much to see and learn from the past and our experiences and mistakes. Why are we running? Because of fear? Memories will teach you! So, stop running and start learning from the past, as Rafiki said.

No excuse👊
With all the ADHD content going around online, it’s good to feel that you’re not alone, but it’s different when you start using it as an excuse to not get things done. It is 100% possible to become disciplined and to follow a routine but it will be harder. So instead of using ADHD as an excuse, use it as something to overcome knowing that you can achieve everything you desire, and be a disciplined person.

Combine, Upgrade, Edit, and Synthesize⚡ A powerful Combination👊
I’m a unique person. It took me a long time for find my identity and I never really felt like I belonged socially.
Since I didn’t know who I was I would try to blend in by:
- trying to be an extrovert and exhausting myself socially
- getting drunk so I could be the life of the party
- acting like one person here… and another person there
- putting others’ needs ahead of my own because I didn’t even know what mine were
It wasn’t until I became conscious of who I was, what I was good at naturally, and what my most important values were that I really became able to lean-in to ME.
Now, unlike the past, never-really-fitting-in is my greatest strength. Since the group perspective never really fit for me, I’ve had to make my own path, my own mistakes, and come up with my own way of doing things:
- I eat MY OWN diet
- I live my MY OWN code of conduct
- I have MY OWN routine
- I exercise MY OWN way
- I meditate in a style that is MY OWN
I get INCREDIBLE inspiration from some many powerful people. But I NEVER just do what they do. I always combine, edit, change, upstage, cut, and add until I find the method that is most aligned with who I AM and the future I’M MEANT FOR.
And that’s what I help my clients do too.
If you think you’re a fit for a program that helps you find YOUR OWN WAY — help you REDESIGN YOUR REALITY — then DM me “The Way” to see how far you can go once you find YOURS.
