U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty of Louisiana granted the injunction in response to a 2022 lawsuit brought by attorneys general in Louisiana and Missouri. Their lawsuit alleged that the federal government overstepped in its efforts to convince social media companies to address postings that could result in vaccine hesitancy during the COVID-19 pandemic or affect elections. Doughty cited “substantial evidence” of a far-reaching censorship campaign. He wrote that the “evidence produced thus far depicts an almost dystopian scenario. During the COVID-19 pandemic, a period perhaps best characterized by widespread doubt and uncertainty, the United States Government seems to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian ‘Ministry of Truth.’ ” This is huge news and furthers to corroborate the evidence that the Federal government conspired against the American people during the pandemic. Joe Biden and Democrats have worked to either coerce or in hand with social media during all this and recent whistleblowers and the famous Twitter Files have only added more evidence to the mountain that already is. However, so long as these same people remain in power and without judgement they will undoubtedly continue in their nefarious designs.

In a 6 -3 ruling the Supreme Court has ruled race based admissions or AFFIRMATIVE ACTION is UNCONSTITUTIONAL! A landmark ruling against both Harvard and UNC found their admissions process using race as a factor is illegal under the constitution and is a violation of Title VI of the civil rights act of 1964 and the Equal Protection Clause of the 14 Amendment. 'Because Harvard's and UNC's admissions programs lack sufficiently focused and measurable objectives warranting the use of race, unavoidably employ race in a negative manner, involve racial stereotyping, and lack meaningful end points, those admissions programs cannot be reconciled with the guarantees of the Equal Protection Clause,' states the majority opinion written by Chief Justice John Roberts. Affirmative Action has long since also forced Asian American students to have to scored FAR higher on tests in order to get in the to the same schools. Affirmative Action didn't solve anything it just passed the buck down to other people who have nothing to do with it. If we want to have a society where individuals are created equal under the law then that also means NO ONE gets special treatment or an easier pass than someone else based solely on the color of their skin. A former English professor at Penn State is suing the college over claims he and other white state were discriminated against. Zack De Piero, 40, served as an assistant professor of English and Composition at Penn State-Abington from 2018 to 2022. The girls describe an uncomfortable and dangerous environment they've been put into because of the new rules with no acknowledgement of their grievances and told to leave if they don't like it. The girls describe being "stared at for hours" while "SHE" has an erection under "HER" leggings.... The revulsion from people online is massive and they have been shocked online from the video as now the movement OPENLY says they are coming for your children. An 18 year old De-Transitioned girl is suing for malpractice. She alleges when she was 13, she had her breasts removed after doctors manipulated her and her parents into the procedure and she has suffered ever since then. Her story highlights horrors that are being committed in the State of California and its medical system. They have ONE page that contains information for support groups for many different needs and that's it.
