This is a walkthrough of my Oberland Station settlement in Fallout 4. Oberland Station is a former train depot near the center of the Commonwealth, just south of Gray Garden that has been converted into a settlement. This is a walkthrough of my County Crossing Settlement build for Fallout 4. It has a slightly different take on the normal settlement layout in that it does not have a gun shop, armor shop, or militaristic influence. The citizens of County Crossing have made an effort to bring civilization and culture back to the commonwealth. To that end, they have an Art Center, funeral services, immaculate bathrooms (The "Buc-ee's" of the commonwealth), and their primary exports are muttfruit and crystal clear fresh water from the spring on the northwest corner of the settlement. It is the specialty of "The Water'n Hole" bar, and is a favorite of both residents and travelers alike.

This a walk through of my Fallout 4 Jamaica Plain settlement. It is a small cargo way station for caravans in the wasteland. It's population is self sufficient with home grown food, a water purification facility, entertainment options, extensive repair shops, and a department store. A walkthrough of my Hangman's Alley settlement from Fallout 4. I tried to take into account settler needs (food, water, sanitation, security, shelter, entertainment, economy) as well as structural considerations.
