My 16 year old nephew Brock “The Beast Incarnate” Schlef just squatted 500lbs!!! This kid is putting up ridiculous numbers and has 3 full seasons of Texas 6A varsity football still remaining after starting at center as a freshman last year on the varsity squad. I've been away awhile 😌 celebrating my birthday month of June. Lots of golf and Yuengling so been lacking in my diet, workouts have been good but need to tighten up the diet. Wanted to post this today because my 16 year old nephew Brock the Beast just put up 375lbs on the bench while working out at Destination Dallas with the infamous Thumper and Justin...many moons ago yours truly threw up a PR at Destination Dallas with Thumper, my brother and the crew so there is something to the atmosphere and encouragement provided by Thump...anyway enjoy, like, share, comment etc...THX

In South Bend for the Notre Dame Football camp that my nephew Brock was invited to attend by OL coach Rudolph. Brock did great and the next 3 years are going to be a blast watching him become even more of a Beast.

I've been traveling for work and playing golf and visiting family in Dallas. I had a chance to play TPC Las Colinas and shot a 92 🏌😁🥂 also posting video of my nephew Brock during a training session with NFL center Patrick Lewis. Weight is steady in the mid 190s but need to dial up the belly fat burn 🔥

I've been traveling quite a bit mixing work with pleasure but my weight has consistently been mid 190lbs without being very strict. So gonna put my nose to the grindstone again and make another push cause the belly fat is still too much😁 I've put some of the footage of my spring skiing trip and some of the other fun stuff🤙🍹💥

I hit a beautiful 300 yard drive right down the middle from an elevated tee on number 11 at Crystal Springs this morning. Nailed a green in regulation but had a 30 foot putt for birdie settled for par.😁

Happy Holy Thursday! 10 weeks in, 190lbs on the scale, 36 inches around the fastest part of my belly, down over 3 inches but still work to do. 💪Gonna continue with rolling 36 hour fasts and probably some 48h hour or longer as well. 😁I also did Yoga today for an hour class🤙golf ⛳ is right around the corner so need to work on my flexibility. Coming off another 72 hour fast, feeling good, had some ground beef and bacon 🥓 kicking up the cardio, got another big weekend with my neice Courtney getting married...so there will not be much fasting for the next couple of days.🤣 weight is down to 197 and fat around the belly melted over 2 inches!! Still a long way to go for my goal but loving the flexibility and results and mostly feeling energized so stay tuned. Thanks!

In the midst of my 72 hour fast I had a visit from MFPITWWW, my beautiful Godchild and had to break my fast at 39 hours, got right back to it for 42 hours, now hitting arms at the planet Stay flexible, do rolling 24 or 36's if you have to and Keep Going!!!😁🤟🤙💪

Breaking my 72 hour fast today. I'm having scrambled eggs with bacon, some roast I had left over and and sirloin steak. YUMMY 😋 I felt like I could have easily gone another day or two but sticking with my original plan. I'll keep you posted, thanks!
