Back after two weeks of traveling for business and seeing family. Very happy with my progress after so much time off 🙌 😌 Monday is leg day getting after it and going to be fasting a lot more diligently the next several weeks, stay tuned for more updates and thank you for the support!

UPDATE 56 year old man Body Transformation Challenge
Back day today Friday February 17th 2023. Coming off a 43 hour fast, feeling great and had a great workout. Went up to 275lbs for deadlifts with the trap bar for singles, slow controlled nothing too crazy. Sets of 3-5 reps with 225lbs. I do pull ups in between because I need to work on those, full range for 3 reps which was better than the 2 reps last week. Also threw in some barbell rows a la Jay Cutler with reverse grip, then finished high rep pull downs. I've got travels to the Big "D" next week will keep you posted.

56 Year Old Man Body Transformation Challenge Update
2 week update, down 7 lbs on the scale, about 1/2 inch on the waist, feeling good. Last week I had my fast start at Tuesday at noon, went to Wednesday at noon, fasted till Thursday at noon, had a small meal at 6pm, then fasted 36 hours till Saturday at 6 am. Feeling good and happy so far very early in the process. The Super Bowl is this Sunday so will have some not so healthy snacks and beverages 😁

Friday Back Day! Here is a set of deadlines with the trap bar, only 235lbs but keeping strict form and not trying to hurt myself. About halfway through a 36 hour fast btw...more coming😁

56 year old man Body Transformation Challenge Update
I measured my waist circumference this morning at the fastest part and it was 39 inches 😝 this is going to be my main indicator of success for this challenge. Scale weight can be deceiving on a day to day basis depending on the amount of carbs etc that I eat. 3 weeks until very strict eating and fasting so I wanted to have a good starting point to measure with it. Post down below where you think my waist measurement will be at the end. Thanks 😊

Monday Leg Day...squats, this set only 185lbs for 5, hard to get quality video footage at the gym without someone to film for you. Went up to 225 lbs for sets of 3 reps, then leg press, extensions, abductors and abductors then OUT!

Body Transformation Challenge Update
Monday Leg Day! Heading to the gym wintry mix so lots of scraping of the car windows. 1st week has been very good mostly 16 to 18 hour fasts just gradually getting primed over the next 3 weeks.
