All of my videos are the real me but this is a side of my life that I feel doesn't get shown a whole lot. The reason I decided to release this was because I wanted to spread a message that pain is a normal part of growing up. Learning how to deal with that pain to push yourself forward instead of backward. Stay Strong

You have to face what you don't like doing or fear. The value of yourself is doing the things you don't feel like doing. Its sucks! In some cases, you feel awful! Trust me, I know what it feels like but be calm, stand up, realize it's all in your head, and go out there and kick life in the teeth!

Whether it's video games, p*rn, smoking, drinking, social media, Netflix, your smart phone, or negative people around you. Everybody needs to detox at some point. It allows your mind to reset. Get yourself back on track to a point where it's all you. Your mind gets used to distractions, escapisms, and the highs of bad habits. Detox is all about healing. It's not quick. It's not overnight. It's going to take time to heal and you have to endure the storm. You have to dig yourself out of the hole you've dug yourself into. When you're detoxing, There to going to be times when you feel depressed mentally and sometimes physically but that's the healing. Gotta fight through it to get to the brighter side of yourself. Your true potential

Think about it, have Smart Phones made society better? Maybe more convenient but other than that, They are the root problem in this world today. They disconnect you from yourself. Ruin your attention span. Keeps you connected to the matrix. Programs you to always feel like you need it. Programs you to feel disconnected when you don't have it in your possession. But that's the deception of it. That's the programming. You are actually in fact connected to the real world when you are disconnected from its grip on you. As I said Ice baths, cold showers, hitting the gym every day, and organized combat sports, are just some great examples of ways to help you adopt a winning mindset. These things are difficult to do every day and it'll definitely beat you down if you continue these habits every day but that's the point. Rebuilding yourself into a winning mindset. The point of this is to retrain the mind to stay in uncomfortable mode. When you stay in comfortable mode you always stay in the same cycle as making a positive change, it gets too tough, revert back to comfort mode.
