As I said Ice baths, cold showers, hitting the gym every day, and organized combat sports, are just some great examples of ways to help you adopt a winning mindset. These things are difficult to do every day and it'll definitely beat you down if you continue these habits every day but that's the point. Rebuilding yourself into a winning mindset. The point of this is to retrain the mind to stay in uncomfortable mode. When you stay in comfortable mode you always stay in the same cycle as making a positive change, it gets too tough, revert back to comfort mode.

Hope I could inspire everybody watching to get that flame lit inside of you, to cut the bs, and really push yourself! It's time to level up, I believe in you!
