Again, many apologies for not turning the mic on. However, combine the tomatillos, jalapenos, serrano chilis, cilantro (coriander), onion, and garlic, in the boiling water and cook at high heat for 5 -15 minutes, until the tomatillos turn a dull green and the outer skin is soft. That's it. LYMI.

Kitchen Basics; Devein and dice jalapenos, will help bring all the flavor without all the heat.
Deveining a jalapeño pepper removes the white membrane and seeds, which are the parts of the pepper that contain the majority of the capsaicin, the compound that gives peppers their heat. Removing these parts can make the pepper less spicy and more palatable for some individuals. Additionally, removing the seeds can also help to prevent the pepper from becoming too soft during cooking. Overall, deveining a jalapeño pepper can help to improve the taste and texture of the pepper in a dish.

Taking Frozen Veggies to the Next Level
Taking Frozen Veggies to the Next Level, adding a bunch of seasonings and baking these wonderful little tidbits to make an amazing side dish.
Frozen vegetables are a convenient and cost-effective way to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet. However, some people avoid using frozen vegetables because they believe they lack flavor or texture. The truth is, with the right seasoning, frozen vegetables can be just as delicious as fresh produce. Here are the best reasons to season frozen vegetables:
Add flavor: Frozen vegetables are often blanched before they are frozen, which can remove some of their natural flavor. By seasoning them, you can add back the taste that was lost during the freezing process.
Enhance texture: Frozen vegetables can sometimes have a rubbery or mushy texture, but seasoning can help to improve the texture and make them more enjoyable to eat.
Variety: Frozen vegetables come in a wide variety of options, including broccoli, carrots, peas, and corn. Each vegetable has its own unique flavor, and by seasoning them differently, you can create a variety of dishes to suit your taste preferences.
Time-saving: Seasoning frozen vegetables is a quick and easy way to prepare a tasty and healthy meal. Frozen vegetables are already washed and cut, saving you time and effort in the kitchen.
Cost-effective: Frozen vegetables are typically less expensive than fresh produce, and they can be stored for long periods of time without going bad. Seasoning them is an affordable way to make them taste great without breaking the bank.
In conclusion, seasoning frozen vegetables is a simple and effective way to add flavor, enhance texture, create variety, save time and money. So next time you reach for a bag of frozen vegetables, don't be afraid to add a little seasoning to make them taste great.

Buffalo Nuggets: My spin on Chicken Nuggets and Buffalo Wings, and put them together.
Once upon a time, there was a group of friends who loved nothing more than gathering for the annual Super Bowl party. This year, one of the friends, named Jack, offered to take charge of making the snacks. He suggested they make homemade chicken nuggets.
Together, they gathered all the ingredients they needed: chicken breasts, flour, eggs, panko bread crumbs, and seasonings. They divided the tasks and while one friend measure and mixed the ingredients for the coating, another friend cut the chicken breasts into bite-size pieces.
Then they dipped the chicken nuggets in the flour mixture, then the beaten eggs, and finally in the panko bread crumbs. They helped each other to make sure all the nuggets were coated evenly.
Jack helped heat the oil in the pan and put the chicken nuggets in the pan to fry. They turned golden brown and crispy. The smell was irresistible, and all of them couldn't wait to try it.
They enjoyed their homemade chicken nuggets with different dipping sauces, ketchup, ranch, and honey mustard. They all agreed that it was the best Super Bowl snack they ever had.
From that day on, they couldn't wait to gather again for the next Super Bowl party and make more homemade chicken nuggets.
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups panko bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
1/4 cup melted butter
Oil for frying
Instructions:
In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
In a separate shallow dish, beat the eggs.
In a third shallow dish, mix together the panko bread crumbs.
Dip each chicken piece first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the panko bread crumbs. Make sure each piece is well coated.
Heat a few inches of oil in a deep pan or pot to 350°F. (Or, Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C))
Carefully add the chicken nuggets to the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the nuggets from the oil with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
In a separate bowl, mix together the hot sauce and melted butter.
Toss the chicken nuggets in the hot sauce mixture to coat.
Serve with blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing for dipping.
