I think the selling process is a continual thing. Even after you've made the sale and start delivering, you're still selling. What do you think?

We all experience overwhelm The question is, how do you handle it or cope with it? I share some thoughts but I'd love to know yours.

One technique I learned as a young sales person was to break a sale into a series of smaller sales. The other technique I learned was that once I made the "smaller sale" , I needed to stop selling it and not go back tp it.

Are you reactive or responsive when you receive adverse feedback or deal with tricky situations? You get to choose that response - and here's some thoughts on it.

If you want to succeed in personal and professional relationships, you need to communicate. A LOT and well. And communicating doesn't just mean talking, it means listening too.

Knowing who your target audience is, is one thing. Knowing where to find them and where to reach them so they'll take action is another.

Charly's spoken about this before but today she digs a bit deeper. Do you know who your Target Audience really is? Why is it important?

Do you take personal responsibility for things or do you avoid? If you do take personal responsibility, do you tend to overcompensate to 'protect' others? Is this a good thing or a bad thing?
