You cry_ laugh_ scream _ sing _ and then you listen to that deafening silence that keeps nagging at your mind to coerce you to raise the flag of failure , yet you courageously refuse . In fact, you are smart enough to know that there is nothing uglier and more destructive than despair , since it exhausts every single healthy cell you have, defaces your inner peace, spoils your happiness, paralyses your ambition, and forces you to live in a tiny gloomy cell until your hour comes. At a heartbeat, you shake your head to stop that severe internal conflict to arm your mind with knowledge and shield your heart with courage to unlock all the possible doors of happiness, positivity, inner peace, and power. It's the power of hope that helps us get back up when you fall, sweeten your life when people spurt their bitterness into your soul, encourage you to keep trying even if we you were sweating or bleeding all over your body , and strive to keep that hope alive as long as possible until you see your dreams come true. Certainly, life without hope is an empty envelope, so try to keep your hope undying regardless of all disasters that may strike you unexpectedly; your sadness will never ever stop or even slow down the fast wheel of life. Flip the sheet and start from scratch and never ever let frustration break your solid foundations which you have spent years building them. Drink much water, eat more healthy food, work out regularly, breathe in deep for 5 minutes daily, read more books, warm your heart through keeping in touch with kind and positive people , smile big regardless of how enormous your problem is, help anyone in need even if you know him by sight, and think positively as if you lived in heaven even if it were hell. Then and only then , you will see that you can reach out the ultimate character you have always dreamed of when nothing can break you or affect you negatively to any extent.
