Endocrine Disruptors Lead to Egg Decline and Miscarriage
A message from Jennifer Waters, L.Ac., Dipl.Ac., 12 Common Endocrine disruptors and what you can do to mitigate their damaging effects.
Our bodies are miraculously designed to heal themself, self-renew, repair, and replenish. So if this is not happening and we have symptoms ranging from acid reflux, back pain, or migraines, what is going on? It’s often a case of removing something before replacing it.
I hate to only focus on what is not working in the world (pollution, poisoned food, erratic medical care) and I think we need to balance it out by focusing on what is working in the world (innovations in health technology, amazing diagnostic tools, access to life-changing information right at our fingertips).
If you are listening to this now or reading this, it’s most likely because you have experienced a decline in your overall egg quality or had a miscarriage. And, you also know that you cannot continue to do the same things and get the same results.

Endometriosis And Urinary Tract Infections
Jennifer Waters, L.Ac. CNY Fertility
What do endometriosis and urinary tract infections have in common? You'll be surprised to find out what!
Ladies, the uterus is your universe! The uterus is designed to move. She’s going to change from the size of a pear to a watermelon. This is why she's held in place by ligaments. She stretches out during pregnancy and while giving birth. I would like you to get familiar with your pubic symphysis. It’s the middle of your pubic bone. Take a look at the short video I filmed for you about your pubic symphysis, bladder location, and how they are tied together.

3 Reasons You Need A Gut Test
If you are experiencing gas, bloating, or indigestion, it's easy to find out why. Just test your poop, all will be revealed in this affordable and very informative test. www.Jenniferwaters.net/solutions.
Just like plaque builds up on your teeth, plaque also builds up in your digestive system. Digestive plaque, also known as biofilm, protects bad bacteria and bad fungi that are hiding in your gut.
If you are taking a lot of supplements, battling inflammation and/or experiencing digestive distress, then you will want to find out exactly what is going on in your gut.
Maybe you have heard the latest buzzword when it comes to your digestive health. Dysbiosis? Dysbiosis simply means that there is an imbalance in your gut. It’s that simple.
What are the symptoms of dysbiosis, how does it occur and what can you do about it? https://jenniferwaters.net/10742-2/

The Two Week Wait - CNY Fertility - Jennifer Waters, LAc
In-Fertility has 2, two-week wait periods. The first one is the two weeks (or so) leading up to ovulation. This is the period to prepare for your fertile window.
The second two-week wait period is after, whether it be IVF, IUI or the “old-fashioned” way, waiting for your pregnancy results test can be the most challenging weeks.
You have finally made it! The day you have prepared for transfer day- for as little as 3 months but for some, 3 years or even longer. You are hoping to feel relieved knowing that you’ve done everything you can to prepare for this day and now you can just relax until the day you have your final blood test to reflect a healthy pregnancy.
Wait! You are feeling anything but relaxed. Unfortunately, you feel stressed, worried, and totally obsessed with each twinge, craving, emotion, and sign of fatigue. You know that overthinking will only make things worse. Listen in, and let's explore what can you do about it.

Cycle Days 1-4. Supporting Yourself During Your Menstration Cycle.
Jennifer Waters, L.Ac., CNY Fertility. How can you promote fertility during cycle days 1-4?

Supporting Your Body To Stay In Balance, Regulating Your Menstrual Cycle, And Promoting Fertility.
“Each phase of your menstrual cycle is unique. The more you can tune into the rhythm and flow of it all, the more you can support your body to stay in balance.” ~ Jennifer Waters
There are four phases, the menstrual phase, which we're gonna talk about today, the follicular phase, the ovulation phase, and the luteal phase. These are the four phases, the four cycles of the month, which is a really nice way to tune into your body and pay attention to what's going on during those four phases.
1. Cycle days 1-4, the menstruation phase, is when you want to move your qi and blood. *Qi is energy.
2. Cycle days 5-9 to ovulation is the Follicular phase, this is when you want to nourish your blood and *Yin.
3. Ovulation Phase is around days 10-15, this is when you want to move qi & blood, strengthen *Yang
4. Luteal Phase, this is Phase is approximately days 16-28, from ovulation through the confirmation of pregnancy or menstruation, is when you want to boost Qi & Yang.
You can do all the blood work you want in the world, but no matter what, it's gonna come back to the signs and symptoms, and how you're feeling.
