From stenciling, to heat treating, to polishing...it takes a lot of steps to go from a billet of metal to a full blown knife! We're proud of what we do. It's a lot of work but it's work worth doing.

Bandsaw's are a huge help for this process. Its easy to control you cuts and depending on the saw you use the blades can be fairly inexpensive.

Heat treatment is a little talked about subject in making blades. But is a critical step in how we make our blades. Without it our knives would simply be a soft piece of metal.
