Hello ✨ Thank you for joining me on the mat today and thank you to all of my new subscribers! This is a 15 minute yoga class for those of you that are working on your splits. This is also a great class to use as a warm up in order to safely practice your splits. You don't need any equipment, just you and your breath 🤌
I recommend that you come back to this class over and over again for best results! I've never been flexible or had any dance/gymnastics background and these stretches are really what helped me most when achieving your splits. 💜
