Beer Cheese Pizza Cooked Over Charcoal
Cooked Beer Cheese Pizza with Bacon and Italian Sausage on the Pit Barrel Cooker.
Ingredients:
1 Can Beer (I used Saturday Siren by Coop, an IPA)
1/2 LB Bacon pieces
1/2 LB Italian Sausage
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Ground Mustard
2 TBS Flour
3 Cloves Garlic (minced or grated)
3 TBS Unsalted Butter
1 1/2 Cup Cheddar Jack Cheese
1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Try this once and it'll be added to your family rotation of meals for sure. It is great!
Flank Steak On The Pit Barrel Cooker
One of the best types of steaks you can cook on the PBC is a Flank Steak. When you hang it and cook it low for about a half hour, it is tender and juicy. You'll love it!
What you need:
1 or more Flank Steaks between 2 and 4 pounds.
Seasoning: I used my own SPG. A mixture of Salt, Pepper, Garlic, and a few more spices.
Mustard (or olive oil). I used mustard in this video.
Hang it on your Pit Barrel Cooker and enjoy!

Apple, Cinnamon Dessert Cooked On The Blackstone
Dessert is great cooked on the Blackstone Griddle. Apples, Cinnamon and some sugars is about all you need to complete a great dessert.
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons: Butter
1 Tablespoon: Cinnamon
1/4 Cup: Light Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup: White Sugar
4 Apples
Cook the spices first, then add the apple sliced in pieces. Place on top of ice cream, pancakes or eat solo. It is a great way to enjoy a dessert.

Potatoes Mixed On Blackstone
Potatoes, mushroom and spinach is already great together, but it is even better with bacon.
This is a great morning breakfast or mid-afternoon lunch. Take some leftovers from the day before and make it your own.
Ingredients:
Meat (I used Bacon)
Veggies (I used and onion and some mushrooms)
Potatoes
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil as needed

Thick Pork Chops On The Pit Barrel Cooker | PBC
Pork chops and a quick and easy dish to make on the PBC. These smoked for about 90 minutes total and came out delicious.
I also made some asparagus and it complimented the chops well. The asparagus was cooked for about 30 minutes but could have been cooked a little more.

BBQ Chicken Thigh Sandwich On The Blackstone
Cooked some chicken thighs and turned them into an amazing version of a Chicken Thigh Sandwich.
*This was filmed just before sundown, so the video quality isn't the best, but the food was great!
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken Thigh
Barbecue Sauce
SPG - Or Salt and Pepper
Bun
Pickles

Deep Fried Drumsticks | Backyard Cooked Chicken Legs
Deep-fried chicken drumsticks (aka. legs), is fast and easy to cook with some hot grease. I used my propane and outdoor cooking stove to create some of the best-fried chicken.
Ingredients:
A gallon of Frying Oil
14 Chicken legs (thighs work great too!)
1 1/2 Cup Butter Milk
1 tbs Tabasco Sauce
2 tsp Salt
2 tbs Pepper (split)
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (or Habanero Pepper as I used in this video)

All white meat Turkey Breast is a great way to kickoff any holiday dinner, or even just a casual meal year round.
I cooked this in just under 3 hours on the Pit Barrel Cooker and it came out juicy and had great an excellent flavor.
