Cooked some great ribs on the Weber Smokey Mountain. They came out juicy and tender. Just added some SPG seasoning and some Sweet Mesquite BBQ seasoning. Used some Head Country BBQ sauce about midway through the cook, wrapped in butcher paper, and had an amazing rack of ribs.

Hot links are great, and they are even better with baked potatoes. I smoke a potato with some hot links from the meat market on the Pit Barrel Cooker.

The Pit Barrel Cooker got too hot while it was on top of some old dead grass with a lack of water on the lawn and ignited. It was safely put out and handled minutes after the grass ignited.
