Indexed below There is a bug in which the cars stop spawning ... this is due to the new 'street dealers' addition. If a dealer is located where the car is supposed to spawn, based on which vehicle is next, the street dealer spawn will prevent the vehicle spawn. To get around this, one must just try every day until they all spawn in. I bought a car and used it instead of the rental so I can look cool while performing this effort. I am fairly confident that this gold time will stick. Dynamic times (the more people that beat the gold, the lower the gold standard time gets) will bump a gold down to a silver if it isn't fast enough. If you're stuggling with this one, notice that my driving lines aren't the standard lines. I literally threw this car into corners so my exit path, and speed, were optimal for my driving style.
