THE CREAMIEST, KETO EGGNOG RECIPE IS RIGHT HERE!
Since it’s Christmas time, you may be in search of the best keto eggnog recipe. And I have it for you! This is an easy keto eggnog recipe too because it takes only four ingredients and can be made in less than 10 minutes. In this video, I show you how to make cooked eggnog. This is also a sugar free eggnog recipe. I use Confectioner’s Swerve but you can use an sugar alternative to sweeten your nog.
This is also a cooked eggnog recipe. Not that you have to worry about Salmonella as long as you get fresh eggs and you have a clean break when you crack open the shells. But to help you rest easy, this is a cooked eggnog and you can omit the egg whites if you want to.
This makes the best keto Christmas cocktail if you add a little rum to it. wink wink

KETO EGGNOG RECIPE
4 cups macadamia nut milk or nut milk of choice
½ cup confectioner’s Swerve or sugar substitute of choice
5 eggs, separated
1 cup heavy cream
Nutmeg for topping
1 ½ cups rum (optional)
In a saucepan, heat 2 cups of nut milk until warm.
In a mixing bowl, slowly add the confectioner’s Swerve to the egg yolks. Whisk until thick and pale yellow.
Whisk 1 cup of the warmed nut milk into the yolk mixture. Then add back into the remaining nut milk in the saucepan. Stir until combined. Continue cooking over low heat until the mixture has thickened and reach about 165 degrees. Don’t boil or overcook or else your eggs will curdle.
Turn off the heat and whisk in the heavy cream. Immediately place saucepan into an ice bath to cool.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Set aside.
In a pitcher or punch bowl, pour in eggnog mixture, remaining 2 cups nut milk and top with egg white mixture. Stir in rum at this point too if using. Stir all ingredients until eggnog is frothy and thick.

THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO KETO ALCOHOLIC DRINKS
It’s a common question...Can I drink alcohol on the keto diet? And in short, Yes you can have alcohol on the keto diet as long as it’s a few drinks. In this video, I go over all the keto approved alcohol drinks.
We’ll go over keto approved hard alcohol and keto alcoholic mixed drinks. There are many keto approved types of wine and few select keto beers that you can enjoy on this low carb diet.
Alcohol is allowed on the keto diet. Just remember that when you consume alcohol, your body switches from burning body fat for fuel to trying to get rid of a toxin, alcohol. So any food or excess calories consumed while drinking gets stored as fat. Fat loss comes to a halt. Keto and alcohol do mix, but to an extent.
But with the holidays coming, it’s okay to enjoy alcohol on the keto diet. There are many keto cocktails and keto approved wines for you to partake in.
For hard alcohol or spirit, vodka, tequila, gin, white rum are allowed. For keto mixer, use Zevia Mixers or Zevia soda. Also La Croix and other sugar free sparkling waters are all keto approved mixers.
For keto wine, stick with dry red wines, like a Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir or Merlot. Keto approved white wines include Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and Chardonnay. You can also drink dry champagne, dry prosecco, and dry rose.
There aren’t too many keto approved beers out there. I don’t care for the taste of them, but if you choose to drink them, try Bud Select 55 or Michelob Ultra.

Plus its a dairy free keto recipes. This keto drink recipe is a hot chocolate with coconut milk instead of cream or cows milk. You can substitute with any dairy free milk though. I also like to add some macadamia nut milk too!
This keto hot chocolate has a special topping too. I got the idea from my favorite chef, Melissa Clark. She used a meringue to top a dairy free hot chocolate. It is sooo good. So don’t skip this step when you are mike this dairy free hot chocolate.
In this video, I show you how to make dairy free hot chocolate which in my opinion, is the best keto hot chocolate recipe out there! If you are on the hunt for keto Christmas dessert recipes, then give this cocoa recipe a try.
KETO HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE
(serves 4)
4 tablespoons unsweetened 100% cocoa powder
1 can coconut milk
1 cup macadamia nut milk
⅓ cup + ¼ cup confectioners Swerve (or sweetener of choice)
Pinch of salt
⅓ cup Lily’s Chocolate Chips (or sugar free option)
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 egg whites
Whisk cocoa in ⅓ cup boiling water. Set aside.
In a saucepan, mix together coconut milk, macadamia nut milk, ⅓ cup confectioners Swerve and salt. Simmer until combined, about 2 minutes. Whisk in hot cocoa and chocolate until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
For the meringue topping, beat the egg whites on medium speed until they start to foam (about 1 minute), slowly sprinkle in the remaining confectioners Swerve. Beat until soft peaks form.

KETO MAPLE BACON COOKIES FOR YOUR KETO CHRISTMAS!

In this video, I show you how to make keto Christmas cookies. The recipe is for Maple Bacon Keto Cookies. They make the perfect keto Christmas treat for your friends and family. It’s one of the best keto cookies recipes I’ve had, next to my keto chocolate chip cookies, of course.
KETO MAPLE BACON COOKIES
(makes about 3 dozen)
1 ¼ cup almond flour
½ cup coconut flour
½ cup Swerve Sweetener
¼ cup Lakanto Golden monkfruit
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 ¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup rendered bacon fat (from cooking 1.5 pounds bacon)
¼ cup ChocZero Maple syrup
1 egg
Preheat oven to 325.
In a food processor, add dry ingredients and pulse until combined. Then add remaining ingredients and pulse until a smooth, stiff dough ball forms. Wrap in Saran wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. (This step is optional, they still come out fine without refrigeration but I think it makes them taste even better!)
Roll out into a 1 inch ball and place on a parchment lined baking tray about 1.5 inches apart. Flatten out with spoon.
Bake for 10 minutes. Cool on the baking tray for 2 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

¼ cup vanilla ChocZero (or substitute with ¼ cup Swerve + ¼ cup heavy cream)
¼ cup coffee
4 eggs
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon allspice
Blend all ingredients or mix with an electric mixer. Pour onto a greased griddle or skillet and cook over low medium heat.

1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup butter, softened
1/4 cup Swerve sweetener
½ cup monkfruit sweetener (I use Lakanto brand)
1 egg
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ bag Lily’s Chocolate Chips
Whisk almond flour, baking powder and salt together and set aside.
Cream together the butter and sugar substitutes. Beat in egg. Mix in heavy cream and vanilla.
Slowly sprinkle in the dry ingredients. Once combined, mix in the chocolate chips. Refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Scoop into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment lined baking tray. Bake at 350 for 12 - 15 minutes. Bake until edges are browned. Let rest on baking tray for 2 minutes then transfer to cooling rack.

KETO SOUP & HOW TO MAKE KETO TURKEY SOUP WITH A LEFTOVER TURKEY CARCASS. I hope you saved your turkey carcass because we are making a keto turkey soup out of the broth from your leftover turkey carcass. Turkey soup from leftovers from Thanksgiving is one of my favorite post Thanksgiving Day meals to make.
In this video, I show you how to make keto turkey soup from scratch. We start my making turkey soup stock.
This keto soup recipe is an easy one - great for if you are limited on time during the busy rush of the holiday season. You can freeze it too!
The “rice” in this recipe is from Miracle Noodle. They are a shirataki noodle rice and are all fiber from a konjac yam, so they have zero net carbs and are the ideal replacement for rice in the keto recipes.
KETO TURKEY & “RICE” SOUP
4 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 small onions, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
2 small leeks, sliced
1 daikon radish, cubed
3 cups leftover turkey or chicken
4 cups turkey stock or chicken broth
2 packages of Miracle Noodle Rice
½ cup heavy whipping cream
Salt & pepper to taste
Make the turkey stock 1-2 days before.
Prepare the Miracle Noodle Rice according to package directions. Set aside.
In a stock pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and saute 1-2 minutes.
Add in vegetables and cook for 3 minutes (until almost soft). Add in Daikon radish and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add leftover turkey and turkey stock. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to simmer for 15-20 minutes, until Daikon radish is soft and cooked through.
Remove from heat. Pour in Miracle Noodle Rice and heavy cream. Season with salt & pepper.

The keto turkey recipe uses a butter paste and is wrapped in bacon to help maintain moisture and provide flavor. I show you how I go about preparing my turkey and how to roast a turkey in the oven.

This keto turkey dressing recipe can be stuffed inside the turkey or baked on its own to serve as a Thanksgiving Keto side dish. The sage added to the keto stuffing gives this recipe for keto stuffing Thanksgiving vibes. This keto stuffing with sausage recipe is a favorite of ours. KETO TURKEY RECIPE
A turkey, duh
½ stick of butter
6 cloves garlic
6 anchovies
2 teaspoons rosemary
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt per pound of turkey
Blend all ingredients in a food processor to make a paste.
Rub the butter paste under the turkey skin and all over turkey (even inside cavity). Refrigerate for 1 - 2 days to let flavors incorporate into the meat.
Remove from refrigerator at least 1 hour before roasting. Drap 3-5 slices of turkey over the breasts.
Add onion, garlic, Rose and turkey stock to the paste of the roasting pan.
Roast in the oven at 450 for 30 minutes or until the legs start to brown. Cover with foil, reduce temp to 350 and cook until the thickest part of the thigh reads 165.

KETO STUFFING RECIPE
2 packages of Miracle Noodle Rice
4 tablespoons butter, equally divided
Giblets
1 pound of ground sausage
1 onion, diced
1 leek, halved and sliced
2 celery, sliced
1 package of mushrooms
3 sage leaves fresh sage
½ cup turkey stock or chicken broth
Prepare Miracle Noodle Rice according to package directions.
Brown the butter, sausage and giblets over medium high heat. Once cooked through, remove from heat and set aside.
In the same skillet, add remaining butter, vegetables, mushrooms and sage. Sprinkle salt on the mushrooms to encourage them to release fluids. Cook until vegetables are softened.
Add in rice and sausage mixture. Stir until combined.
Either stuff inside the bird to cook or cook in a square baking dish at 425 for 20 minutes.

Since we are following a ketogenic diet, I’m sharing my version of the most popular Thanksgiving side dish, Mashed Cauliflower keto style. In this video, I show you how to make mashed cauliflower, how to make keto gravy, and how to make my favorite, keto loaded cauliflower.
Cauliflower is often referred to as faux-tatoes because it replaces and tastes like a potato in many keto side dish recipes. Even if you aren’t a cauliflower fan, you will love cauliflower as a keto potato replacement in this mashed cauliflower recipe. You can’t even tell it’s made of cauliflower and your guests will love it!
Besides showing you how to make keto mashed cauliflower, I show you how to take this keto mashed potato substitute and turn it into a loaded cauliflower casserole. This loaded cauliflower mash combines cheese, bacon, and green onion to the keto mashed cauliflower. Loaded cauliflower keto style is a perfect alternative if you find mashed cauliflower boring. Making loaded cauliflower is also a great way to use up leftover keto mashed cauliflower. KETO MASHED CAULIFLOWER
(Serves 4)
3 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
1 cup turkey stock or chicken broth
2 oz cream cheese
¼ cup parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until fragrant. Pour in cauliflower and broth. Simmer until cauliflower is tender.
Drain fluid. Squeeze out excess fluid from the cauliflower by placing it between two paper towels. Get as much fluid out as possible for thick mashed cauliflower.
In a food process, combine the cooked cauliflower, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Puree until smooth.
KETO TURKEY GRAVY
2 cups turkey stock or chicken broth
**Excess drippings from the turkey if you have
1 ½ tablespoons gelatin
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon xantham gum or 1 teaspoon arrowroot powder (more if you like thick gravy)
Combine turkey stock and gelatin in a saucepan. Simmer over medium high heat for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and whisk in egg yolks, stirring vigorously. Put back on low heat and melt in butter.
Add xantham gum or arrowroot powder. Bring to simmer. It will thicken as it cooks. Once it’s thickened a little, remove from the heat. Gravy will thicken as it cools too.
LOADED CAULIFLOWER MASH
Prepared Mashed Cauliflower (see above & double the recipe)
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, crumbled
¼ cup chopped green onions
¼ cup parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons ground pork rinds
Combine mashed cauliflower, cheddar cheese, bacon and onions. Scoop into a casserole dish. Top with mixture of parmesan cheese and ground pork rinds.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Thanksgiving is rapidly approaching and if you are looking for a keto holiday dessert, you came to the right place. In this video, I show you how to make a keto pumpkin pie and how to make keto pie crust.
My keto pumpkin pie recipe uses a hint of bourbon to give it extra flavor to your pie. I roasted my own pumpkins and pureed the inner pumpkin flesh to make my own pumpkin puree. You can use canned pumpkin pie (not pie filling) in the recipe to make your keto pumpkin pie.
This keto pie recipe is simple to make and can be made a few days ahead of time. Perfect time saver if you are cooking an entire keto Thanksgiving meal, like I am!
KETO PUMPKIN PIE FILLING
1 ¾ cups pumpkin puree or canned pumpkin
3 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup golden monkfruit (I use Lakanto brand, you can sub with sweetener of choice)
2 tablespoons bourbon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
For the keto pie crust I used, click on the link above. It is Carolyn Ketchum’s recipe.
Mix the above ingredients together in a bowl and pour into a cooked and cooled pie crust.
Bake at 325 for 50 minutes.

1 package of cranberries
1 cup of water
½ cup Swerve or sweetener of choice
1 jalapenos, minced
1 cinnamon stick
3-4 whole cloves
½ lime, juiced
In a saucepan, add cranberries, water, Swerve, jalapenos, cinnamon, and cloves. Bring to boil and cook until all the cranberries have popped (about 5 minutes).
Remove from the heat and add in lime juice. Stir to combine.

Even though it’s a beautiful day outside, we use our grill year round. Grilled chicken is my favorite thing to eat on the keto diet. In this month’s episode of Eat Keto With Me, I show you how to make some easy keto chicken recipes. These are foods that you can keto meal prep for the week.
This video shows you how to make keto enchiladas and a keto salad with chicken & blueberry and keto salad dressing. All of these recipes are made using the meal prep chicken I show you how to make in the beginning of the video.
KETO TOUM (from Cosette’s Kitchen)
1 cup peeled & trimmed garlic
4 cups of avocado oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 squeeze of lemon
Add water to your one cup of garlic to fill to the top. Add the garlic & water to a food processor, process for a few minutes until mixture is mush.
With the food processor running, slowly stream in the oil. It will eventually start to thicken and turn into a mayonnaise consistency.
Once that is achieved, add in the salt and lemon.
KETO GREEN GODDESS DRESSING
1 avocado
7 tablespoons water
¼ cup avocado oil
½ cup packed basil leaves
⅓ cup chopped green onion
2 garlic cloves
Juice of ½ lemon
2 pinches of salt
Pulse everything in a food processor until combined.
KETO CHICKEN VERDE ENCHILADAS
3 cups chopped grilled chicken
1 red bell pepper, roasted and diced
1 ½ cups Monterey Jack cheese
½ big can of green enchilada sauce (look for lowest carb count)
10-12 slices of deli chicken

One of the easiest ways you can pump up the flavor in any keto recipe is to make homemade bone broth. In this video, I show you my favorite way to make keto bone both. It’s a turkey broth recipe, but you can always use this recipe to make duck or chicken bone broth.
To make bone broth, you can use any cuts from the turkey or chicken. If you are looking for a more gelatinous broth, I suggest using the feet, neck or heads if you can find them. Check out your local butcher for leads. You can save bones from previous recipes or ideally, a whole turkey carcass, and freeze it until you are ready to make bone broth.
In this video, I show you how to make turkey stock using a slow cooker. But you can make bone broth on the stove top as well. Just bring your turkey stock to a boil, turn down the heat and simmer for 8-12 hours. The longer the better - more nutrients get extracted from the turkey bones the longer they cook.
I like making slow cooker bone broth because I can dump everything in and forget about it for a day or two. Homemade bone broth in a crockpot is just as delicious as homemade broth on the stove.
This keto bone broth recipe is versatile too. You can use different combinations of vegetables and seasonings according to your taste preferences. Don’t skip out on the apple cider vinegar though! It is a key ingredient as it helps extract the nutrition from the turkey bones.
TURKEY STOCK RECIPE
6-10 lbs of turkey bones/cuts….basically enough to fill your pot plus room for veggies
2 onions, roughly chopped
4 celery stalks, roughly chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1-2 leeks, chopped
4 garlic cloves, smashed
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
1 tablespoon coriander (seeds or powder)
½ tablespoon peppercorns
3 bay leaves
½ teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon sage
½ teaspoon rosemary
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
4 teaspoons salt
Water to fill the vessel.
Add all ingredient and enough water to fill the pot. If using a slow cooker, cook on low for 24-48 hours. If cooking on a stove top, bring to boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 8-12 hours.
Broth stores in the refrigerator for 1 week or in the freezer or 6 months.

This time of year, it’s nice to enjoy a keto cocktail with your friends and family. In this video, I show you how to make a couple of halloween keto cocktail recipes. Yes, keto and alcohol do mix...as long as you don’t go overboard.
One of my keto cocktail recipes is a keto wine cocktail called Beetlejuice Rose. It’s a lightly sweet, citrus sangria...so yummy with hints of orange and cranberry. The second of the keto alcoholic drinks is a Zombie Margarita. That’s right, I show you how to make a keto margarita.
BEETLEJUICE ROSE
½ cup Rose wine (low carb/sugar….look for the words DRY …. Do not get SWEET)
¼ teaspoon orange zest
2 tablespoons confectioners Swerve
5-6 crushed & whole cranberries
Stir all ingredients together and enjoy!

ZOMBIE MARGARITA
(makes whole pitcher)
6- 8 oz of tequila
½ cup water
⅓ cup simple syrup (one part water to one part confectioners Swerve)
Juice from 2 limes
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon salt
2-4 tablespoons ChocZero Vanilla Syrup
Red food coloring
Blend cucumber, lime juice, water, simple syrup and salt.
Add tequila and ice.
Rim each glass with a mixture of ChocZero syrup and food coloring for a blood effect.
