Support Igor and his unit here: https://donorbox.org/help-equip-warriors-of-ukraine
After we released a video a few weeks ago inwhich we informed you that we got in contact with Igor, a Ukrainian soldier whose rifle got hit by a enemy rifle round and deflected a shrapnel to his face and arm.
He and his friend Vlad created a campaign to raise funds to better eqipp his squad and so far they raised over $10,000 with your help guys.
He agreed to do an Q&A video with us and you had the option to leave questions for him in the comment section and on the campaign page.
We have to say that he really answered to a lot of them and so the video got so long that we decided to release it in parts.
This is the first part where he talks about a typical day at the front, the food and the fall of Mariupol.
Please understand that it was impossible for him to answere all of your questions and that we had to blur his face and change the voice a little bit for security reasons.
We hope you like this video since it is the first time we do something like this on the channel and hope perhaps this will encourage more people like Igor to share their story with you guys.

🔴 Ukrainian Special Forces Assault Russian Position Despite Having Russian Hind Helicopter Overhead
A video that surfaced on the Ukrainian Telegram Channel RAGNAROCK PRIVET shows a unit of alleged Ukrainian special forces assaulting a Russian position despite having a Russian Hind overhead.
The Telegram Channel does not give any specific background information about the footage and has not disclosed any location or involved unit so everything we can say about this video comes from the footage itself.
What we get from the video is that It seems that Ukrainian forces where in the offensive in this particular engagement advancing towards a previous spotted Russian position in a what appears to be a small forest or bigger treeline.
The men seem to be very well eqipped with suppressors and scopes on their AK type assault rifles and their overall behaviour looks very professional and organized.
They seem to have good communication during the engagement and make good use of concealment.
Even as a Russian Hind helicopter appeared they stayed focused and every men did his part.
At the end of the video you can see what appears to have been the decision to break contact but we can not confirm this for sure.
Video surfaced on: https://t.me/s/ragnarockkyiv

🔴 Ukraine War - Ukrainian Foreign Legion Fighters RGW-90 Ambush On Russian BTR | Helmet Cam
Video from a group of English speaking Ukrainian Foreign Legion fighters operating with the Ukrainian Kranken Group shows the men conducting an ambush on a Russian BTR north of Charkiv.
The video was filmed with a helmet cam attached to one of the fighters and also with a drone filming the scene from above.
The men are seen sneaking on to the BTR through nearby woods before engaging the vehicle with anti-tank weapons from a relatively short distance.
After the ambush the men assumed the vehicle was still active and decided to pull back to avoid further contact.
The drone video however shows the vehicle pulling back in to the woods aswell for the same reason.
Another scene of the footage shows it being destroyed then afterwards.

🔴 Ukraine War - Ukrainian Special Forces Strike Russian Tank With Switchblade Kamikaze Drone
Video footage from the war in Ukraine shows the moment Ukrainian Special Forces conducted a strike on a Russian tank with a US supplied Switchblade kamikaze drone.
According to Ukrainian media the Russian soldiers on top of the tank got hit by the strike while drinking alcohol.
While not confirmed the possibility of the striking drone being a US made Switchblade is likely.
The Switchblade is a miniature loitering munition, designed by AeroVironment.
It is used by several branches of the United States military.
Due to its size the Switchblade is small enough to fit in a backpack.
After being launched from a tube the Switchblade flies to the target area, and crashes into its target while detonating its explosive warhead.
The name switchblade comes from the way the spring-loaded wings are folded up inside a tube and flip out once released.

🔴 Ukraine War - Ukrainian Soldier Takes Shrapnel To His Face & Arm During Firefight
Support Igor and his unit here: https://donorbox.org/help-equip-warriors-of-ukraine
You might remember the video of the Ukrainian solider whose rifle got hit during a firefight in the woods that got over 5 million views on this channel. Well this is the backstory to it.
We got in contanct with the soldier who filmed this clip and he was willing to share some more insights with you guys.
His name is Igor and he is back in the fight.
The reality is that at the very beginning they were a part of the territorial defense. More like volunteer defenders. All they were provided are AK47s and ammo. No equipment. At the very beginning, they didn't even have bulletproof vests. Igor used to own a hunting and fishing store. So he donated everything that can be of any help to others and partially equipped his team.
Later as we got more help from our allies - they got some RPGs and NLAWs. The team did a good job tracking groups of armed vehicles. So mostly they have tracking and recon objectives. The video that he shot was actually one of the ambushes they did. They actually end up destroying a couple of armed vehicles that day.
Later on, the group was re-organized into a squad with the code-name "Molotki" ( Hummers). They were attached to the Special Forces of the Security Service of Ukraine. This sounds cool.. but the paperwork is a long process - meanwhile, some members of the squad are still not officially attached to that group. Igor said that they even purchase fuel and supplies out of their pockets. Unfortunately, they already drained all their personal savings. That is why they asking for help. Igor had to pay out of his pocket all medical bills.
They need some help to get supplies and more important - thermal and night vision goggles, Quadcopters and laptops.
Quadcopters are super useful.. but they don't live long. On average 2 weeks. After that, they got lost/been shot down.

🔴 Ukraine War - Single Ukrainian Tank Attacks Massive Russian BTR-82 Convoy In Close Ambush
Drone footage from Ukraine shows a single Ukrainian tank attacking a massive Russian BTR-82 convoy in a close ambush in the area of Kyiv.
The drone captured the video in Nova Basan, east of Kyiv.
According to Ukrainian reports the Russians were retreating when they got ambushed by the Ukrainian tank and supporting infantry.
The town was recaptured from the Russians by Ukrainian forces on April 1 after most of the fighting took place on March 31.
The BTR-82 mainly responded to the ambush by using their 30mm cannons and during the fight Russian infantry also dismounted to engage with RPGs and small arms fire.

🔴 Ukraine War - Ukrainian Forces Shoot Down Russian Helicopter With STUGNA-P ATGM System
Ukrainian forces managed to shoot down a Russian attack helicopter with a STUGNA-P anti-tank guided missile system in Ukraine.
The footage shows Ukrainian soldiers engaging a what appears to be a low flying Russian KA-52 Aligator attack helicopter over a forest.
This footage seems to be the first official visual confirmation of a STUGNA-P ATGM use against a flying target.
While cases of ATGMs downing helicopters are rare they still occur from time to time.
The STUGNA-P is a remote controlled Ukrainian anti-tank guided missile system fully developed and manufactured in Ukraine.
It can engage targets to a distance of up to 5 km.

🔴 Ukraine War - Ukrainian Forces Double RPG Ambush On Retreating Russian Convoy In Chernihiv
Video footage from Chernihiv shows a Ukrainian ambush on a retreating Russian convoy.
The ambush was initiated by two RPGs and following small arms fire.
A closer look shows that the mainly targeted Russian vehicle was a MT-LB.
Since the video ended shortly after the ambush started it is hard to tell how much damage the two RPGs actually caused or if they even hit their targets.

🔴 Ukraine War - Russian T-72 Tank Survives Close Ukrainain NLAW Ambush During Combat In Mariupol
An intense video from Mariupol shows a Russian T-72 tank surviving a close Ukrainian NLAW ambush during combat in Mariupol.
It seems the ambush failed because the NLAW was fired from a to close range from the tank.
Normally NLAW missiles have an arming range of about 20m for safety reasons.
What we get from the footage is that the missile was fired from a to short distance and the missile had no time to arm. Only the fuel went off but the warhead did not explode.
The tank started to burn after the hit but was still intact.
The crewmembers of the T-72 only had minor injuries and went back to action after a day long break from the fighting.
There was an interview with one of the tankers released in Russian.
To add more context we tried to translate it and included it to the video.

🔴 Ukraine War - Ukrainian Soldiers Remove Minefield With Their Feet
Video footage from Brodoyanka, Ukraine shows how Ukrainian soldiers deal with minefields.
The procedure is simple. The soldiers remove the minefield with their feet by simply pushing each mine to the side of the road.
The mines have been identified to be TM-62M anti-tank blast mines.
The mines are triggered at a operational pressure at 150kg+ and are not intended to be triggered by people on foot.
That it is why the soldiers can kick them aside so calmly without direct danger.

🔴 Ukraine War - Airstrike On Russian Soil! MI-24 Helicopters Strike Oil Depot In Belgorod
Two MI-24 Hind attack helicopters entered Russia and conducted an unguided rocket strikes on a Russian oil depot in the city of Belgorod in what appears to be the first airstrike on Russian soil since the Korean war.
Videos from the attack on Belgorod appeared online in the morning on Friday April 1st.
According to the Moscow Times the governour of Belgorod confirmed the attack.
It is unlcear how the MI-24 helicopters managed to evade Russian military presence between the boarder of Ukraine and Russia and why Russian anti-air defense failed to stop them.
The low flying helicopters seemingly entered the city located about 18 miles north of the Ukrainian border and destroyed the oil depot with what appears to have been S-8 rockets.
Since there have been numerous accusations of Russia planning to stage false-flag attacks on their territory to shape the narrative of the war we leave this option open even if we do not belive that this is the case.

🔴 Ukraine War - Russia Strikes Ukraine With Iskander-M Ballistic Missile Attack
The Russian Ministry of Defense released video footage of a Iskander-M ballistic missile launch.
The strike video from the missile attack was released on March 30 but it could have been filmed earlier and held back for OPSEC reasons.
On March 26 Russia already released drone footage of an alleged Iskander-M missile strike on a Ukrainian Buk system in the region of Kyiv.
However we can not confirm if the strike was the same.

🔴 Ukraine War - Ukrainian Civilians Driving Straight Through Minefield
Crazy video footage from Ukraine shows Ukrainian civilians driving straight through an anti-tank minefield in the middle of a road.
Several cars carefully navigated through the mines one after another trying to evade the explosives.
The mines appears to have been M-62M anti-tank blast mines armed with a 7.5 kg explosive charge and an operating pressure of 150+ kg.
Luckily the mines were not magnetic.
There are unconfirmed reports that the mines got placed by retreating Russian forces in the area of Kyiv but we can not say for sure.

🔴 Ukraine War - Ukrainain Forces Destroy Russian Tanks With Direct Accurate 120 MM Mortar Strikes
Drone footage released by Ukrainian Forces shows a number of Russian tanks being destroyed by accurate hits of Ukrainian 120 mm mortar strikes in an undisclosed location.
From observing the footage it seems that at least 4-6 Russian tanks and armored vehicles were destroyed by the strikes some of them got hit while moving.
The first tank struck by Ukrainian mortar fire appears to have been the lead vehicle. After a crewmember persumably the gunner bailed out the driver of the tank still managed to drive the vehicle to the side of the road so that the other vehicles would not be blocked by it and become an easy target for further strikes.
However the second part of the video shows that exactly that happened with the other tanks.

Two Russian soldiers are seen running after a retreating Russian truck when one of them slipped and fell as the truck kept driving away leaving them behind.

🔴 Ukraine War - INTENSE Combat Operation Shows Ukrainian Assault To Capture Village Near Kharkiv
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense cleared the release of footage from an entire Ukrainian military combat operation that led to the capture of a village near Kharkiv from Russian troops.
The assault was filmed by a Ukrainian drone and ground troops wearing GoPros on their helmets and bodies.
This is the first time during the war an entire combat operation was documented so extensively from several angles.
According to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense about 70 Russian soldiers were KIA and 27 got captured as POWs by Ukrainian troops.
Ukrainain forces also suffered several KIAs and WIAs during the battle but the exact number was not disclosed.
Due to restrictions we can not share the capturing of the POWs nor the treatment of a Ukrainian WIA. We hope you understand this.
Also a number of Russian vehicles were abandoned and captured by Ukrainian forces.
Ukrainian soldiers claim that a Russian Orion drone was present during the battle and circled above the area.
Based on the vehicles it seems the Ukrainians who assaulted the village were part of a volunteer militia such as AZOV but it has to be pointed out that they had relatively advanced gear with them.
A number of AK12 assault rifles with aimpoints and other sights could be seen for example.

🔴 Ukraine War - Russian BTR-82 In Urban Combat During Battle For Mariupol
Russian State Media released footage of a Russian BTR-82 in urban combat during the ongoing battle for Mariupol.
Based on the footage it seems the BTR-82 was supporting Chechen fighters together with Seperatist forces and Russian Marines.
At first the BTR engages with a so called shoot-and-scoot tactic but takes a more exposed position after expected Ukrainian counter fire was missing.
Mariupol is one of the most contested areas in the war and it seems the city is about to fall in to Russian hands soon.

🔴 Ukraine War - Ukrainian Humvees In And After Combat With Russian Forces
This video features several interesting clip of Ukrainian operated humvees in and after combat with Russian forces.
The first clip shows a Ukrainian humvee in what appears to be close combat with Russian forces.
The Humvee is seen moving in to firing position to engage Russian troops with its machine gun.
The scene was filmed by a Ukrainian soldier who stayed mostly low during the fight.
At the end of the video a group of men can be seen maneuvering towards the position of the Ukrainian soldier filmed.
There was much speculation if these men were Russian soldiers flanking or if they were Ukrainians falling back under covering fire by the Humvee.
Another scene shows the damage inflicted to a humvee after a heavy firefight.
While being hit on several spots by small arms fire none of the rounds penetrated the armor or the glass.
The last clip shows another Humvee engaging Russian forces with its machine gun.
Interesting here is that the clip shows the Ukrainian Armed Forces using DShK machine guns instead of Browning M2s on their humvees.
