Talking Governance - Video 12 - "Governing Officials ... and the Source of Their Laws"
The governing construct over any group of people defines what is acceptable or unacceptable, right or wrong, in-bounds or out-of-bounds. It is an umbrella of values/laws over that jurisdiction. In this video, you will see why the Republic of the United States has been a unique experiment ... and why it is now failing. Of course, my hope is that it can be reset, along with some critical reforms, but that cannot occur without a proper understanding of the republics intent in foundations, and also where - and how - it got off those rails.

"We the People" - My Intro
Since this "We The People" platform is dedicated to governance issues, I thought an introduction of my political activities and experiences - and future hopes - might be of benefit. When I first did this, I didn't know the Intro on the actual "We the People" platform was limited to 250MB. I like to talk ... :)
If anyone outside the "We The People" paywall site watches this and wants to be part of a minimal paywall free speech platform, come and join. The creators (Mel K and Rob) and their team are interested in governing solutions as we move forward. Come check it out.

Talking Governance - Video 11 - "God/Religion: The Best case Scenario"
How many have killed, or been killed, over the issue of God/Religion? This ravages the planet even today. What is a government's role to be in this ... arbiter between religions or enforcer of a particular religion, or enforcer of "no God: No religion"? Fortunately, there is a viable option that any - and all - governments can take on this matter that protects each individual from any overreach for any outside party on this matter. And that is what would be enforced.

Talking Governance - Video 10 - "Public Servants ... The Joke Has Been on Us"
Jokes are supposed to be funny. But, ... some aren't. For the 23.7 million government workers in the USA, this has been a funny joke. But, for the citizen paying their salaries ....
So, what's the beef, how did things get to this point, and what can be done about it?
Private citizens will like this. Government employees ... not so much.
But, I think it is past time the employers (taxpayers) cease being the butt of this joke.

Talking Governance - Video 9 - :The United States Republic: A White Christian Nation?"
So what does the Declaration of Independence (1776), Original Constitution (1787), Bill of Rights (1791) and subsequent Ammendments say about religion and race? Did this government construct create a Christian nation? Did the Founders establish a white nation? Let's talk governance! (Originally Uploaded to BitChute Feb 7, 2022)

Talking Governance - Video 8 - "Congress ... The Heart of the Problem"
Why did the domestic government system of the United States entirely collapse before a very small leftist faction in the nation? Here you will learn this is just the latest development of a systematic betrayal by one group - Congress. Whether overspending, bureaucracy creation, the judicial tyranny, Executive branch overreach ... and now the coup - Congress has always been the heart of the problem. Listen why. (Originally uploaded to BitChute Jan 9, 2022).

Talking Governance - Video 7 - "Abolition of the Politician/Political Class"
Sometimes a reform is nice. It smoothes out some little rough spot. At other times, the reform is broader - granting more substantive relief. But, sometimes ... a reform is absolutely critical to the survival of some enterprise. The material presented here falls into this last category. Listen, learn, live!
Talking Governance - Video 6 - "Private Unions, Bailouts ... and Public Unions"
Before addressing my primary point of public unions - a poison to our Republic - a brief note on the origins of unions (which started in the private sector) is in order. As a bit of an aside, I address bailouts - a violation of the workplace by my government. It is truly amazing how ignorant and corrupted our governing officials have been, and are, in area after area. This is just one (Originally uploaded to BitChute Oct 22, 2021).
Talking Governance - Video 4 - "The Supreme Court: A Body of Error"
Is the United States Supreme Court a lawless bunch - regularly ruling in an unconstitutional manner? Here I discuss three main Constitutional principles they violate ... which are now habit. In the coup of 2020, they exposed and defiled themselves in an unrecoverable way (Originally uploaded to BitChute Aug 31, 2021).
Talking Governance - Video 3 - "Our Military"
What are the dynamics of a country's military being under civilian control ... under an elected president? So, what happens when that commander was not actually elected? Duty, oath allegiance, responsibility - to whom? (Originally posted to BitChute Aug 7, 2021)
Talking Governance - Video 5 - "Watchdogs ... with Teeth"
So, who is at fault for the current crisis in the USA ... citizens who are asleep? If you watch this, you will never see the political class the same. Here is the real wake-up call. Help me flesh this out! (Originally uploaded to BitChute Sept 6, 2021)

Talking Governance - Video 2 - "Some Base Assumptions of the USA's Constitutional Republic"
While the Founders varied widely on many subjects, there were some matters that had wide support. In this video, I briefly discuss seven (7) of these. Straying from these, in varying degrees, laid the groundwork for the current crisis. If we can survive, and turn back, the 2020 coup, massive reforms must then follow. That is one big purpose of upcoming videos. (Originally uploaded on BitChute July 31, 2021)

Talking Governance - Intro to Channel
My goal in this series is to discuss aspects of the US experiment in governance - basic principles of the system, flaws of the system (inherent ones) and then abuses by ones entrusted by the founders with governance privileges and responsibilities. I will also submit to you what I see as needed reforms - or wholesale changes - that must occur if we are to survive the current coup and crisis. (Originally Uploaded to BitChute July 7, 2021)

Talking Governance - Video 1 - "A Constitutional Republic"
So what is a Constitutional Republic governance system? This is worth a common sense review ... as well as exposing a foundational - and potentially fatal flaw - in such a construct. If something is injured - or broke - how can you fix what you don't understand? All my videos on this governance matter will try to frame the problem(s) correctly followed by potential reforms/solutions. (Originally uploaded to BitChute July 7, 2021)
