Here's how I release the Fascia from the sacrum and coccyx. 🎯Use a small ball to strip away from the boney landmarks. Perform 5-7 passes and then move up the sacrum and repeat.

Nerve and trigger point pain can feel similar so here’s how to tell the difference.
If the pain goes toward the spine or brain, its trigger point.
If the pain goes down the limbs or body, it can be either a trigger point or nerve and if that’s the case then hold pressure for 30 seconds. if the pain goes away its a trigger point, if it gets worse then its a nerve.
