2X per year condenser cleaning

Retrofitting Roof Top HVAC System with easy troubleshooting with live monitoring Temperatures and Pressures

Removed R22 Refigerent then charged with R422B and tested

Installed new Y axis bearings

Setup programming functions and installed new communication

14 y.o. R22 system not cooloing. Found low charge,cleaning system inside out. Recharged now cooling

Replaced 2nd floor 3.5 ton then the 1st floor 3.5 ton. 1st floor located in crawl space had been pushing water into the duct due to clogged condensate drain. Installed drain float shutting down unit if drain becomes clogged again.
