Following the Memorial Day Ceremony at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida: The ceremony made me think of my own family, and how the loss of a family member impacts the family at home. Never forget the service given by the members of our military. Never forget the sacrifice of the families left behind.

At Florida National Cemetery, hundreds of volunteers placed flags on the graves of Veterans 140,000. Whether they died in combat, or survived and lived to 100, or if they served in peacetime missions, these men and women, whether they were called or volunteered, these men and women served US and our Nation in the name of Freedom. We ARE the Beacon of Freedom for the World. Never forget our importance. Never forget the sacrifice of our Veterans.
