In this video, I talk about our skin what is capable of doing beyond just being asthaetically pleasing. We use it wrongly because it is some very advanced technology capable of giving us far more insight than we realize that we're capable of getting. It is an actively thinking organ that is responsible for more of our intelligence than the brain. The places that we hide on our bodies need Sun and to be a whole lot more freer than we allow them to be. They are energetic hotspots; I explain how and why. This knowledge teaches you how to gain support from the universe by understanding your place in it.

Sun and water are essential to life. I love understanding and unlocking the mysteries of the Sun but to understand the Sun, water’s complexity needs to be addressed too. We are water. In this day and age, the Sun is increasingly being put under attack, villainized even. The Sun is never at fault; it is always our egos feeling we know what is best for the Sun. We have to understand its laws, not the other way around. Imagine the arrogance of that! Sungazing is a deep transformative activity. Everyday we see, feel, and experience the Sun. But, when we sungaze the experience becomes far more intimate and powerful. Many of us devoted and serious sungazers understand how profound the downloads and information that we receive are. However, being more active by including more of our psyche, elevates your experience, giving you far more energy and information than just the usual that you download simply from your existence here or your purpose for that moment. Dreams are a large portion of our reality. It may be its foundation/base. It could be what is holding reality afloat; our minds and consciousnesses are definitely a part of what is supporting our perception of reality. Dreams seem random but sometimes they aren’t random at all and coincide directly with what is happening in our waking realities. Nevertheless, a random dream can still give great insight into what is happening and shifting for us in life. Dreams are definitely guides. When we aren’t in touch with our dreams, we lose a lot of this guidance. Dreams are ideas, which are roots of physical consciousness and forms. When we remember and understand our dreams, we gain more control over how these dream symbols take form. They can definitely be used to problem solve. But can they be used to guide divinely, or favorably even? In order to know this, understanding and awareness needs to be built for discussion of it. So, let’s talk about mining our dreams for mental, physical, spiritual riches, etc.

I guess we could put auras in the categorie of a 6th sense. We get more inforamation from people and creatres that we encounter through them. But what are they? Something mental, energetic, supernatural? I think all of the above and more. Let's discuss and think into this based what we know for sure, what we experience but lack understanding on, or what we absolutely know is behind us but we can't see to point out. Life is just a constant influx of wave and sounds crashing into us. Some we feel physically others just emotionally or otherwise. What we hear and feel has a profound effect on how we react, exist, and move through life. So, what is sound? Is it the creator or one with it? Some think so. Sound manifests things based on on its frequencies, vibes, amplitudes, etc, and their combined intent. Are we instruments being played, playing one another even? Where does the power lie within it all? Let's talk about it? This is the start and we will go deeper.

We are approaching some interesting times. The Aquarian energy has taken us by storm. Aquarius is about celebrating our uniqueness and also embracing the future. It has also made the internet, which a tool for connecting us and allowing us to show the world how different we are/can be from one another, the main platform. Ultimately, we have to answer to mother nature, the Earth, the Sun, our own inner universes, etc. And, no matter how distracting the world gets, we have basic and personal technologies that guide and keep us a free spirit, mindful, and human. This video explains how we have huge resevoir of healing power limited by conscious control. What exactly is the subconscious? Is it a part of us or something totally separate? A bit of both it seems because we are living in it but are a complete separate entity from it. Meditation strengthens the bond and control we have with our subconscious. How do you meditate or be mindful? Is it better to do so in pure peace or within an environment that tests you, safely of course? Does utilizing cold for example like the Tibetan monks or Wim Hof create a hostle environment for tbe subconscious, an opponent, in regards to its crafty cunning abilities to distract and completely release and divide us from the NoW (our only dimension we have full access to at the moment)? My discussion point here is on how to prevent subconscious sabotage and how to make it an ally.

On December 21st, Earth will align with Jupiter and Saturn, an every 20 year event. Am an astrology enthusiasts. Have been always pretty vague in my understanding of the 12th house until now. 2020 has has given me an explosive understanding of what this house is. The beginning of the year lead off for me with five planets jam packed there along with my native moon, which has sensitized me to feel this enough to where I can somewhat articulate it to the world. Sungazing is a phenomenal tool to really explore the depths of your mind. It also is a way of directly communicating with your entire world inside and out.
