So, I'm learning about the dimensions of reality and spirtuality. As I learned about the 4th spiritual dimension, I realized that it paralled one of my own life experiences. So I used that as a teachable/demonstrable moment to talk about the topic. Let me know what you think. Enjoy.

I began this journey in 2015. It began as desperation while seeking better heath. It was a lightning bolt of power. Like a drug, the prescription needed to be known. Trial and error has guided me. This video is about melanin, the light and energy synthesizing technology embedded within us and on our surface. I consider skin to be the true brain, it thinks while the inside of us reacts. Melanin is known as a phenomenon created by UV and sunlight but that is a partial story. The other side of this, which is just as powerful, is low temperatures. Getting your melanin from the sun is powerful but melanin can be potently made through cold adaptation. This is a hidden side of the story and can cosmetically as well as internally keep us younger, or newer. In the video, I mention only a month of daily adaptation but about 6 years ago, I did 8 straight months of tri-weekly sessions (about 40 minutes each average), which completely transformed me. Nowadays, my sun tolerance has lessened. So, I came back to what massively worked for me in the past. But this time, I raised the bar a bit. Every building or residence you walk into holds an energetic signature. Maybe that is what attracted you there. I was wondering about the moon landing and whether it was faked or not and the implications on that. Lately, leadership and media has really been putting a strain on my trust within our relationship. I realized that a lot of the science is manipulated and moulded into misleading narratives that appear to be logical. One thing that we, common people have as a valuable resource and guide is the esoteric sciences and our own inner guide (super powerful if you trust it).
