Are the Bots Taking Over? AI and What Can It Do for You - Lee Ann Ann Bonnell Live
Are the Bots Taking Over? AI and What Can It Do for You.
In my program, I teach and coach around AI.
Don't know what AI is?
Think AI is a robot that he's going to clean your house like Rosie in the Jetsons?
Are you pretty sure that the bots are taking over?
Well, you'd be right. Sort of.
If you haven't heard about AI, let me take a moment, and explain AI to you, as I understand it.
Please note, my background is engineering. So the definition I am giving you is observed not textbook, not industry. It is simply what I have observed over the last 18 months to two years.
If you've heard about Chat.CPT, you have heard of AI. This particular program is free and crowd created, meaning will take an idea and write a paper a blog article, a book or whatever you need based on the parameters of the computers spitting out the information.
Chat.CPT is a free service, but you can use others that are paid for and a bit more sophisticated.
These AI programs are really popular with authors for blogs and articles because it is a time saver.
It is likely that more and more will be AI generated.
If you are asking yourself, Does Lee Ann use AI? The answer is yes. And No.
Sometimes I use AI for writing. And it is heavily edited.
Rarely does the AI come out with exactly what I want.
AI also has a dark side. I got an email today from someone claiming to introduce me to someone. It was written by AI. It was fake.
AI is not only for writing. Voice can be used and manipulated to make you think that you are talking to a loved one. Some people have been scammed over many thousands of dollars thinking they were helping a family member. Listen, I am not a law-enforcement person and please speak to one to learn the safe guards you can take.
Let's get back to AI in my program.
My program I teach you how to use AI to figure out who's in front of you. How to talk to them. And how to ensure that you are speaking in their language.
I invite you to learn more. I offer a free introductory workshop every Tuesday at 2 PM Eastern. All you have to do is go to leeannclass.com and register.

What Are You Leaving on the Table? What is it Worth? - Lee Ann Ann Bonnell Live
What Are You Leaving on the Table? What is it Worth?
Yesterday I got a private message that said something to the effect of, this is great but my closing rate is around 80%. Why do I need your program?
My response is simple. What is the 20% you are leaving on the table worth to you?
Whether we like it or not, we're all in sales. If you are a mom trying to get your child to eat vegetables or you have a multi-million dollar deal sitting on the table, it is sales.
The one thing, any top sales professional will tell you is that you don't ever want to leave sales or money on the table.
The question I ask all the time is what is that little percentage worth to you?
Even if you can raise your close rate by 5%, would it be worth it?
Can you increase your rate of closing by knowing who is in front of you and how to speak to their values?
The answer, of course, is: YES!
How do you do that?
First, evaluate your current customer base in the 80% that you've closed. This is important because you have said something that really resonated with these people or they wouldn't open up their wallet and transfer money from their account to yours.
Second, analyze why they said no. Ask for feedback. Was your argument compelling? Was your solution at the right time or the right place? How was your presentation? The answer to all these questions will point you in the right direction to course correct for your next presentation.
Third, use less traditional sales methods. You're going for agreement on your product or service.
I am offering a free interactive introductory workshop to a methodology called BANK, the only 90-second process that is based on personality science.
You can strengthen your relationships increase your influence and increase your sales up to 300% with the simple methodology.
Go to leeannclass.com and register today.

How to Survive Thanksgiving with Your Family - Lee Ann Ann Bonnell Live
How to Survive Thanksgiving with Your Family
It's that time of year again! The time when families come together to celebrate the holidays. For some, this is a joyous occasion. But for others, it can be a major source of stress. If you're dreading spending time with your family this holiday season, never fear! Here are some tips on how to survive Thanksgiving with your family.
1. Set boundaries with your family. If you know that Aunt Martha always wants to talk about your love life, or that Uncle Joe is going to try to get you to drink more than you're comfortable with, set some boundaries before the festivities begin. Let your family know what topics are off-limits, and stick to your guns. You don't have to engage in conversations that make you uncomfortable, and you don't have to drink alcohol if you don't want to.
2. Make sure to take some time for yourself. Spending time with family can be draining, so make sure to schedule in some "me time." Whether it's taking a long bath, going for a walk, or just sitting in your room with a good book, make sure to carve out some time in your schedule where you can relax and recharge. You'll be glad you did!
3. Avoid engaging in arguments. This one can be tough, especially if you have strong opinions on hot-button topics like politics or religion. But getting into arguments with your family is only going to make everyone stressed out and ruin the holiday mood. If someone brings up a topic that you know will lead to an argument, politely change the subject or excuse yourself from the conversation altogether.
The holidays should be a time for relaxation and enjoyment. But for many people, they're anything but. If you're dreading spending time with your family this holiday season, use these tips to help get through it unscathed. From setting boundaries to taking some time for yourself, there are plenty of ways to make the experience more bearable—and even enjoyable!

3 Most Common Monetization Mistakes Small Businesses Make (& How to Avoid Them)-Lee Ann Bonnell Live
The 3 Most Common Monetization Mistakes Small Businesses Make (and How to Avoid Them)
If you're an Entrepreneur or Solopreneur running a small business, chances are you're always looking for ways to increase revenue and grow your company.
One way to do that is through monetization — generating income from sources other than your traditional product or service offerings.
However, monetization can be a tricky business, and there are a few common mistakes that small businesses make that can actually end up costing them money instead of making them money.
Let's explore three of the most common monetization mistakes small businesses make and how you can avoid them.
Mistake #1: Not Diversifying Your Revenue Streams
One of the most common monetization mistakes small businesses make is failing to diversify their revenue streams. Relying too heavily on one source of income is dangerous because it makes your business vulnerable to changes in that income stream — for example, if you're relying on advertising revenue and a major advertiser decides to pull out, you could be in big trouble.
The key to avoiding this mistake is to diversify your revenue streams as much as possible. That way, if one stream dries up, you have others to fall back on.
There are many different ways to monetize a small business, so take some time to explore all of the options and choose the ones that make the most sense for your company.
Mistake #2: Not Considering the Customer Experience
Another common mistake small businesses make when monetizing is failing to consider the customer experience.
If your customers feel like they're being bombarded with ads or upsold at every turn, they're likely to become frustrated and take their business elsewhere.
Remember that even though you're trying to generate additional revenue, your ultimate goal should always be to provide a great experience for your customers.
To avoid this mistake, take a step back and consider how your monetization efforts will impact the customer experience.
If you're not sure whether a particular strategy will be well-received by your customers, test it out on a small scale before rolling it out company-wide.
And always be prepared to adjust your plans if it turns out that they're having a negative impact on the customer experience.
Mistake #3: Not Monitoring Results Closely Enough
The final mistake we'll discuss is failing to monitor results closely enough. When you're first starting out with monetization, it's important to track your progress carefully so that you can identify what's working and what's not. Otherwise, you risk wasting time and money on strategies that aren't effective.
To avoid this mistake, set up some key metrics that you'll use to track progress and review regularly. For example, if you're selling ads on your website, you might track the number of impressions and clicks each ad receives over time. Or if you're offering premium content, you might track the number of people who sign up for it.
By monitoring these metrics closely, you can quickly adapt your plans based on what's actually working.
Monetizing a small business can be a great way to generate additional revenue and help your company grow. However, it's important to avoid making common mistakes that can cost you money instead of making you money.
By diversifying your revenue streams, considering the customer experience, and monitoring results closely, you can set your business up for success.

How to Monetize Your Small Business Outside of Your Normal Product Offering - Lee Ann Bonnell Live
How to Monetize Your Small Business Outside of Your Normal Product Offering
If you're an Entrepreneur or Solopreneur running a small business, you're always looking for ways to increase revenue. After all, more revenue means more money to reinvest in your business and grow even more.
But how do you actually make more money from your small business? The answer is monetization.
There are many different ways to monetize a small business. In this blog post, we'll explore some of the most common and effective methods so that you can start generating more revenue for your business today.
Offer Exclusive Features or Services
Everyone likes to feel special. Treating your customers like they have a sign around their neck that says, "make me feel special" is a great way to grow your business and create raving fans.
One way to quickly monetize your small business is to offer exclusive features or services for an additional fee.
This could be anything from expedited shipping to priority customer service or a monthly subscription for a box of your favorite things.
If you have a product or service that your customers need or want, they'll be willing to pay a little extra for the convenience or peace of mind that comes with it.
Create and Sell an Online Course
As a business owner, you have knowledge of the topic of the product or service you provide. Maybe you just know a lot about running a business or creating balance in your world.
Others are probably seeking that knowledge, so who better to teach them?
Another great way to make money from your small business is by creating and selling an online course. Take your professional expertise to the next level.
If you have knowledge or skills that others would find valuable, package it up into an online course and sell it to people who want to learn from you. Online courses are a great way to monetize your skills and knowledge while also helping others learn something new.
Sell Merchandise
Some of my favorite restaurants sell teeshirts or hats with their company logo on them. My husband and I both got shirts at a restaurant in Florida where we enjoyed dinner on the beach. It is a lovely moment of our 10th-anniversary trip.
If you have a popular brand (or even if you don't), selling merchandise is a great way to monetize your small business. T-shirts, mugs, and other branded items are always popular among fans and customers.
Not only does this generate revenue for your business, but it also helps promote your brand and get your name out there.
There are many different ways to monetize a small business. The most important thing is to find what works best for you and your company. Experiment with different methods and see what generates the most revenue for your business. With the right approach, you can start making more money from your small business today!

How You Can Use Technology To Streamline Business Processes - Lee Ann Bonnell Live
How You Can Use Technology To Streamline Business Processes
Technology is a game-changer when it comes to business efficiency. By automating tasks and integrating systems, you can free up time and resources to focus on more important things. You can use technology to streamline your business processes.
But why use Technology to streamline your business processes?
Let's face it. As entrepreneurs and small business owners, we have a common enemy of disorganization. We think we're organized when we carry our favorite notebook around from job to job meeting to meeting, then we go and look for something and we can't find it. It causes time and it cost us money. Time and money are two things that we need to grow our business not sabotage us.
That's when you need to get a plan and automate or integrate systems to keep you organized and focusing on growing your business. I've seen many business owners be less than successful because their organizational skills are lacking.
That's why I'm here. I'd like you to get on a free workshop I offer by going to leeannclass.com.
Here are three ways to beat that foe of disorganized messes that we currently live in.
Automate Tasks
One of the best ways to streamline your business processes is to automate tasks whenever possible. This can be anything from setting up automatic billing and payments to using chatbots to answer customer questions. Automating tasks will not only save you time, but it will also improve your accuracy and help you maintain a consistent level of quality control.
Integrate Systems
Another way to streamline your business processes is to integrate your various systems. For example, if you're using QuickBooks for accounting and Salesforce for customer relationship management, you can integrate the two systems so that information flows seamlessly between them. This will save you time by eliminating the need to manually enter data into both systems, and it will reduce the risk of errors.
Use Cloud-Based Software
Another way to use technology to streamline your business processes is to use cloud-based software. Cloud-based software allows you to access your applications and data from any internet-connected device. This means you can work from anywhere, which can be a major advantage if you have a mobile workforce. Additionally, cloud-based software is typically easier to set up and use than traditional on-premise software, so it's a good option if you're short on IT resources.
Technology can be a major asset when it comes to streamlining your business processes. By automating tasks, integrating systems, and using cloud-based software, you can save time and resources so you can focus on more important things. Implementing even just one of these solutions can have a major impact on your business efficiency.
Don't forget to go to leeannclass.com and register for my free workshop. You'll learn about systems and how as the leader you are responsible for guiding your business to maximum profitability.

"I'm Busy" is a Lie We Tell Ourselves - Lee Ann Bonnell
We've all been there. We've been invited to something and we really don't want to go. But instead of just saying no, we say we're busy. busy seems to be the catch-all excuse in our culture. There is a difference between being busy and not being able to just say no thank you to an invitation. busy is a lack of priorities in your life. Let's face it, we are all pretty much back to max capacity in our lives. And now we've reverted back to saying "I'm busy" rather than keeping the priorities we had during the pandemic.
We're all busy, right? And we only have so much time to get things done.
So, when we say we're busy, what we're really saying is that this thing isn't a priority for us.
It's not that we don't have time, it's that we don't want to make time.
It's easy to convince ourselves that we're too busy for something and then use that as an excuse not to do it.
It seems like every day there are more things to do and less time to do them. You feel overwhelmed and anxious like you're always behind schedule.
Busy is a lie we tell ourselves. And it's a harmful one at that.
When we buy into the idea of being busy, we put unnecessary stress on ourselves. We forget that taking a break or spending time with loved ones is just as important as checking off items on our to-do list.
Busyness doesn't make us productive, it makes us stressed and unhappy.
The truth is, you can get more done when you take the time to relax and rejuvenate.
Saying no is hard. It's easier to just make up an excuse and busy seems to be the go-to. Busy is just a lie we tell ourselves.
It's a way to avoid saying no and it's a way to avoid confrontation. We need to learn to just say no and set boundaries in our lives.
Otherwise, we'll always be busy and we'll never have the time for what truly matters.
Please go to http://meetwithleeann.me to please choose your time because you are worth having priorities.

Why It's Important to Remember Your "Why - Lee Ann Bonnell
As an entrepreneur or professional, it's easy to get bogged down in the day-to-day grind. deadlines, meetings, projects, and client calls can start to feel never-ending.
When you're in the weeds like that, it's important to take a step back and remember why you started your business or embarked on your career path in the first place.
Keeping that "why" close to your heart can help you push through tough times and stay motivated when things get tough.
Your "why" is the motivating factor that drives you to do what you do. I call it the "big mofa". For some people, it's a desire to make a difference in the world. For others, it's the inspiration for their craft or a deep belief in the power of their product or service.
(What if you don't know or have a strong why? We'll get to that later, believe me, I have just found mine and that is why I am pivoting on all of my writings and marketing.)
No matter what yours is, it's important to keep that "why" at the forefront of your mind—especially when things get tough.
Here's why:
There is no such thing as a motivation Fairy, although I have called on her and have in the past, to hurry up and sprinkle some motivation dust on me. Your why is a rock you can depend on to keep you to your path.
When you remember your "why," you stay motivated. Motivation is key in any business or career journey. There will be ups and downs, highs and lows—that's just inevitable. But when things are tough and you're struggling to push through, remembering why you started can give you the boost you need to keep going.
When you remember your "why," you stay focused. It's easy to get sidetracked when you're busy working on a million different things at once. But if you keep your "why" top of mind, it will be easier for you to stay focused on what's important and let go of distractions.
When you remember your "why," you stay inspired. Seeing other people achieve their dreams can be both inspiring and discouraging at the same time. On one hand, it's great to see other people succeed; but on the other hand, it can make us question our own efforts and wonder if we'll ever reach our goals. Remembering your "why" can help keep things in perspective and inspire you to keep reaching for the stars.
No matter what industry you're in or what stage of your journey you're currently at, remembering your "why" is essential.
Keep that motivating factor close to your heart, and let it drive you forward when things get tough.
Remember: Why not YOU? Why not NOW?

Want to Create Massive Impact on the People Around You? Ask This Question Now! -Lee Ann Bonnell Live
Want to Create Massive Impact on the People Around You? Ask This Question Now!
When it comes to making a difference in the lives of others, it's important to think big. Whether you're looking to make a positive impact in your personal life or on a global scale, there are ways to create a massive impact on the people around you.
How do we do that? We ask great questions, but we ask one in particular.
Think about how you greet somebody. Do you say, "Hey." or "How are you?" And the answers are generally lukewarm and pre-programmed.
Asking great questions is a lost art. In a world that is constantly bombarded with stimulus, it's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and forget to slow down and connect with the people around us. If you want to create a massive impact in your personal and professional relationships, start by asking this question:
"What is going well?"
This is a question that takes the person being posed the question off balance a little bit. It is different. It stops the person in their tracks by giving them the opportunity to think of the positive things that are happening in their life. Why? Because people tend to go to the negative when they are being greeted.
When people are asked how they are doing, it becomes an opening to go into the negative:
Person 1: my arm hurts.
Person 2: Oh, really what happened?
It pulls you into their negative vortex of the "Country Song".
I challenge you to be different and ask, "What is going well?"
Person 1: What is going well?
Person 2: Uhhhh. Um. My child is coming in for a visit.
Person 1: That is great! Tell me more!
And the conversation carries on from there.
The next time you are speaking with a friend, family member, co-worker, or even a stranger, take a few extra minutes to ask them "What is going well?" and really listen to their answer. It will probably make their day...and yours!
Additionally, by showing genuine interest in others, you will quickly build deeper relationships that will be beneficial both personally and professionally.
The next time you are feeling disconnected or like you are just going through the motions in your relationships, stop and ask this question when greeting another person. It will make a world of difference for both you and the people around you.
Creating massive impact doesn't have to be complicated; sometimes, the simplest things can make the biggest difference.

How To Do Brain Dumps Effectively Tonight! -Lee Ann Bonnell Live
How To Do Brain Dumps Effectively Tonight!
What is a brain dump?
A brain dump is a process of dumping all the thoughts in your head onto a sheet of paper. The point of doing a brain dump is to clear your head so that you can focus on a specific task at hand.
Grab a pad of paper and a pencil, because we are going to get some tips and do that brain dump, right now.
How do you do a brain dump effectively? Here are four tips.
1. Get comfortable. Make sure you're in a comfortable position before you start your brain dump. This could mean sitting in your favorite chair with a cup of tea or lying down on your bed. You want to be in a position where you can relax and let your thoughts flow freely.
2. Set a timer. Once you're comfortable, set a timer for 2-3 minutes. you aren't writing the "Great American Novel", you are getting all the thoughts out of your head. This will ensure that you don't get too bogged down in any one thought and that you keep the overall process moving along smoothly.
3. JUST WRITE. The key to an effective brain dump is to just write, without stopping to edit or analyze what you're putting down on the paper. Write the funny stuff, the goofy stuff, the fantasy stuff all the stuff that pops in your head, don't question it, just write it. This is a brainstorming exercise, not an essay! So just let the thoughts flow and see where they take you.
4. Review and organize later. After the timer goes off, put your pen down and walk away from the brain dump. Come back later with fresh eyes and review what you've written. Then, start organizing your thoughts into categories so that you can better focus on each one individually.
Brain dumps are an effective way to clear your head and focus on a specific task at hand. The idea of a brain dump is to make your head clearer and become more productive.

When You're Not Heard Your Professional Life Frustrating
𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒀𝒐𝒖'𝒓𝒆 𝑵𝒐𝒕 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝒊𝒏 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒆 𝑰𝒕 𝑰𝒔 𝑭𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈
Respect and acknowledgment are important to feel valued in your professional life. It's frustrating to complete work and share it with your coworkers, only to feel ignored. Whether you're an entrepreneur or career professional, here are some things to keep in mind when you're feeling unheard.
𝗔𝗰𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
It's okay to be frustrated, angry, or even hurt when you feel like your work is going unnoticed. Acknowledge these emotions, and then take a step back to assess the situation. Are you being paid fairly? Are you given opportunities to share your ideas? If the answer is no, it may be time to consider moving on.
𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗜𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆
In some cases, it may have nothing to do with you at all. Perhaps your company is going through budget cuts, or maybe your boss is dealing with personal issues. Whatever the reason may be, try not to take it personally. Instead, focus on what you can control—namely, your own attitudes and actions.
𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀
If you're an entrepreneur, it can be easy to get caught up in the day-to-day grind and lose sight of your long-term goals. When this happens, take a step back and remind yourself of what you're working towards. This will help refocus your efforts and give you the motivation to keep going.
No one likes feeling unappreciated at work. If you find yourself in this situation, it's important to acknowledge your emotions, remember that it might not be personal, and focus on your goals.
I invite you to a 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 workshop where we will discuss being heard and how to move to a life you deserve with my 3 Pillars of Abundance. You will learn how your mindset, boundaries, and your Itty Bitty Committee are the foundation for creating your massive powerful impact.

𝑯𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒇𝒆𝒍𝒕 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏'𝒕 𝒔𝒆𝒆𝒏?
When you feel like all your hard work is going unnoticed, it can be really discouraging.
You work hard day in and day out. It can be frustrating when you pour your heart and soul into your work but don't see any recognition or acknowledgment.
You think to yourself, "Keep putting your best foot forward, and eventually, your hard work will be seen."
It's easy to start doubting yourself and wondering if all your hard work is really worth it, especially when clients or leaders don't see what you do.
The truth is, though, that even if it doesn't seem like it, people are definitely taking notice of your hard work. Maybe there is even some acknowledgment it just isn't like what you thought it would be.
I've been there and felt all of these things.
During parts of my career, I did not feel seen at all.
I felt like I was working my heart out, churning out great processes, procedures, and projects, and the leaders I was working with and for did not see what I was doing or worse, claimed the work as their own.
I found, many years later, that maybe there were acknowledgments and compliments to my work, but often they were not expressed in the way that I could receive them.
Ever felt that way?
I invite you to a 𝑭𝑹𝑬𝑬 workshop where we will discuss being seen and how to move to a life you deserve with my 3 Pillars of Abundance. You will learn how your mindset, boundaries, and your Itty Bitty Committee are the foundation for creating your massive powerful impact.

How can entrepreneurs & professionals prevent or address professional burnout? -Lee Ann Bonnell Live
How can entrepreneurs and professionals prevent or address professional burnout?
For entrepreneurs and career professionals, burnout can feel like an inevitability. With the never-ending demands of work, it's easy to get bogged down and feel like you're running on empty.
If you're feeling burnt out, you're not alone. In fact, a recent study found that nearly half of all American workers report feeling burned out at their jobs.
So what can you do to prevent professional burnout? Here are three tips:
1. Set limits on your work schedule. It's important to set boundaries between your work life and your personal life. When you're always working, it's easy to get burnt out. Try setting specific hours for working and stick to them as much as possible. Once you're done working for the day, close your laptop and walk away from your desk. This will help you relax and recharge so you can be productive when it's time to work again.
2. Make time for yourself outside of work. It's important to have hobbies and activities that you enjoy outside of work. This will help you de-stress and feel refreshed when you're at work. Whether it's going for a run, taking a yoga class, or reading a good book, make sure to schedule some time for yourself every day or week.
3. Delegate and build a support network. As an entrepreneur or career professional, it's easy to feel like you have to do everything yourself. But this is simply not true! A Life Coach will help you with your workload and boundaries. Delegate tasks when possible and build a supportive network of colleagues, friends, and family who can help you when you're feeling overwhelmed.
Professional burnout is a real problem that many entrepreneurs and career professionals face. But there are things we can do to prevent it! By setting limits on our work schedule, making time for ourselves outside of work, delegating tasks, and taking care of ourselves physically and emotionally we can combat professional burnout. So if you're feeling burnt out, try implementing some of these tips into your routine!
ACTION ITEM: Write down the last time you left work on time. What was the result?

What Are the Consequences of Not Addressing Professional Burnout?- Lee Ann Bonnell Live
What Are The Consequences of Not Addressing Professional Burnout?
Entrepreneurs and career professionals are always on the go.
They are constantly juggling multiple balls in the air and always seem to be one step ahead of the game.
However, what happens when they finally hit a wall? What are the consequences of not addressing professional burnout?
Consequence #1: Lower Productivity Levels
When entrepreneurs and career professionals hit a wall, their productivity levels plummet. This is because they no longer have the same drive or motivation to get things done. All they can think about is taking a break or getting away from it all. As a result, their work suffers and their bosses or clients are not happy.
Consequence #2: Increased absenteeism
Another consequence of not addressing professional burnout is increased absenteeism. Entrepreneurs and career professionals who are burnt out often call in sick or take more vacation days than usual. This can be detrimental to their businesses and careers as it shows a lack of commitment. Additionally, it can also lead to them getting behind on projects or deadlines.
Consequence #3: Resentment toward work
The final consequence of not addressing professional burnout is resentment towards work. When entrepreneurs and career professionals are constantly under pressure, they can start to resent their businesses and jobs. This can lead to them feeling unmotivated and unhappy with their work-life balance. Additionally, it can also lead to them making mistakes or poor decisions at work.
Entrepreneurs and career professionals need to be aware of the consequences of not addressing professional burnout. Lower productivity levels, increased absenteeism, and resentment towards work are all common consequences of burnout.
If you are starting to feel burnt out, take a step back and assess your situation. You may need to make some changes to avoid these negative consequences.

What is the biggest problem with communication in the workplace? - Lee Ann Bonnell Live
What is the biggest problem with communication in the workplace?
Entrepreneurs and Leaders! Listen up!
Let's talk briefly about quiet quitting and its impacts of it on your business.
Employees and partners will be much more likely to give their all when they feel they are being recognized. When they are seen, heard, and valued.
However, too often in the workplace, people feel overlooked and unimportant. As a result, they "quietly quit." They may not hand in their two weeks' notice, but their work performance and attitude suffers.
This is a huge problem because it leads to a loss in productivity, creativity, and morale. It can also foster a toxic work environment.
So what can you do to prevent this from happening in your workplace?
Make it a priority to create an environment where everyone feels valued and heard. Make sure employees know that their contributions are important and that they are appreciated.
Do your best to provide feedback regularly, both positive and constructive. And always be open to hearing feedback from employees so you can continue to improve the workplace.
When people feel valued and like they are part of a team, they are much more likely to give their all to the business. So make communication a priority in your workplace!
ACTION ITEM: How do you make people in your organization feel heard, seen, and valued?
Remember, it's important to take care of your employees and partners in your business.

How to Know if You're Experiencing Burnout? - Lee Ann Bonnell Live
How to Know if You're Experiencing Burnout?
Entrepreneurs and career professionals are no strangers to hard work.
In fact, many people in these fields thrive on working long hours and taking on multiple projects at once. But there comes a point when even the most dedicated worker can reach their breaking point. If you're wondering how to know if you're experiencing burnout, read on for some signs to look out for.
Signs of Burnout
There are a few key signs that indicate you may be experiencing burnout.
First, take a look at your sleeping habits. Are you having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep? Do you find yourself tossing and turning all night long? If you're not getting quality rest, you're likely feeling burnt out.
Another sign of burnout is an increase in negative self-talk. If you find yourself constantly criticizing yourself or dwelling on past failures, it's a sign that you need to take a step back and reevaluate your situation.
Lastly, physical symptoms such as headaches, stomach problems, and fatigue are all indicative of burnout. If you've been feeling run down and unable to keep up with your usual workout routine or healthy eating habits, it's time to reassess your current situation.
Burnout is a serious issue that can have a major impact on your health and well-being. If you're concerned that you may be experiencing burnout, take some time to assess your situation and see if any of the above signs apply to you.
ACTION STEP: How many hours of sleep do you get on an average night?
How would you rate your sleep on a scale of 1 - 10, with 10 being "sleeping like a baby"?
Remember, it's important to take care of yourself both mentally and physically to avoid burnout. If you're feeling overwhelmed, don't hesitate to reach out to a Life Coach for support and strategies to overcome burnout.
Remember, I'm hosting a free workshop on Wednesday, September 14 at 4 pm EASTERN.
