1 celery root 1 cup parsley root 1 onion 3 carrots 1 1/2 cup mushrooms 4 red potatoes 7 cups vegetable stock 1/2 tsp carroway seeds 1 tsp marjoram Sautee vegetables in butter, add 1/4 cup flour, stir into a roux, add 7 cups vegetable broth, bring to a boil, add potatoes, and carroway seeds, near the end add marjoram. cook time is abt 45mn. SAUCE 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup flour 1/2 can rotel tomatoes 3 cups chicken broth 1 cup saur cream 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese FILLING 2 cups shredded chicken 6 oz cream cheese 1/2 cup saur cream 1/2 can rotel tomatoes 1-1/2 cups Monterey jack cheese 1 tsp cumin abt 10 corn tortillas TOPPING Mexican blend cheese cook at 350 for abt 25mn, enjoy. just testing out how my phone records, the idea is to eventually have a front facing camera, and switch between them during editing.. so this is just a clip of me testing/practicing recording than anything else..... may need a mic on the back too? doesn't really pick up the exhaust. 1 lb lean hamburger 9oz box oven ready Lasagna 16oz cottage cheese 15oz ricotta cheese 8oz Italian style cheese 8oz 5 cheese Italian blend 2- 2lb Ragu meat sauce cook time abt 30 mn at 375, watch the food, may need to turn it down to 300 for the last 10mn. then top with cheese, cook another 7 to 10mn until cheese is melted. let sit a few minutes to thicken up.
