At Defiance Wellness our goal is to empower people to live the lives they deserve, dream of, but are not currently living due to physical abilities, mobility issues, weakness and/ or pain. We strive to improve strength, balance, community health, wellbeing and happiness through mental and physical exercises and healthy habits.
