How to defeat the Spotted lanternfly and also stop deer from eating your plants
I found a way to defeat the Spotted lantern fly and as a bonus I also found a way to stop those deer from eating our Hosta and other plants in our garden. This homemade remedy is safe around children and pets, but deadly to all bugs and the Lantern Fly!
Deer repellant solution:
In a gallon container add 2 bars of Irish Spring
Give it a nice squirt of Tabasco Sauce.
Fill with water and allow to stand overnight
Spotted Lanternfly Killer:
In a one Gallon multi use garden sprayer add
8oz of rubbing Alcohol
8oz liquid dish soap
8oz baby shampoo
4oz of mouthwash
Give it a swirl and top off to one gallon using the deer repellant solution
Dedicate that gallon sprayer for this purpose. You will find you will not use it all because you just use it to spray on the bug, and you don't need to spay them a lot because they die when sprayed, It takes from 15 seconds to 60 seconds for the bug to die because the spray blocks the pores on their body, and then they slowly suffocate.
Good luck, and when you find how well this works, please give a like and subscribe. Thanks!

How to make the best KETO hamburger buns ever!
How to make the best KETO hamburger buns ever!
Ingredients: Dry
½ Cup Organic Oat Fiber
2/3 Cup Almond Four
1 1/4 Cup Vital Wheat Gluten
1 TSP Kosher Salt
¼ Cup Erythritol Sweetener
1/2 TSP Xanthan Gum
Ingredients: wet 1
1 Cup water at room temperature
1 ½ TBSP Active Dry Yeast
1 TBSP Honey
Ingredients: wet 2
2 Large Eggs, lightly beaten at room temperature
2 TBSP soft butter at room temperature
Procedure:
1- Add all dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix well
2- To the water add the yeast and honey and let stand to proof. It is ready when it bubbles up.
3- Into a Kitchen Aid bowl add the yeast mixture and the lightly beaten eggs and butter, mix well.
4- Add the dry ingredient mix and set the kitchen aid to low for one minute, scraping the sides with a spatula
5- Run the kitchen Aid at half speed for about 8 minutes.
6- While it is running, it should start to form a damp ball; you may have to add a TBSP of water if it is too dry. The dough should be slightly sticky.
7- Set up a baking tray and cover with parchment paper, then place your KEYWAK burger rings.
8- Spray the rings with oil.
9- After the kneading ends, weigh the dough ball and calculate the weight of one bun. (Weight/8).
10- Shape each bun by rolling it into a seamless ball and place in the center of each ring.
11- Spray the buns with a fine mist of water and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
12- Cover them all with plastic wrap during this stage.
13- In the oven place the rack of buns, also place some steaming water, and change the water every 30 minutes for about 2 hours, or when the buns triple in size.
14- Remove the tray to the side while you preheat the oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
15- Remove the plastic wrap and bake the buns for about 20 minutes (they get a nice golden brown).
16- Place buns on cooling rack and carefully pop out of the rings, (they can stick if not properly oiled).
17- Allow to cool to room temperature.
18- Enjoy!

How to make apple turnovers with a flakey crust
In this video we make apple and pear turnovers. It is not hard, especially if you own a food processor. In this video I do it all by hand.
Equipment needed:
The cutting tool in my video or you can use a food processor.
Work surface
Cutting board
Sharp knife
Wooden Spoon
Scraper tool
Bowls
Large cookie pan
Parchment paper
Pan for filling
Rolling pin
Pot cover as a cutting tool
Ingredients:
250 g All Purpose Flour
226 g Very cold Butter
6 g Fine Salt
6 g Brown Sugar
6 g Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Egg
1 cup Ice cold water
Procedure:
1- In a bowl combine the flour, brown sugar, and fine salt. Mix well.
2- Slice the butter into small pieces, say about 1/4" thick
3- Put these pieces into the flour and cut in with the cutting tool OR Put that butter/flour mix into a food processor and use very short pulses or you will over blend that butter.
4- Mix together the egg and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
5- Add the egg and apple cider vinegar to the flour.
6- Using your hand, start to squeeze the ingredients together
7- Add a couple tablespoons of the ice cold water as you squeeze, but add sparingly.
8- Continue this until you get a nice solid dough ball
9- Wrap in plastic and put in refrigerator for 2 - 18 hours.
10- In a fry pan, under medium heat, place the cut apples (or pears)
11- Add brown sugar and cinnamon to you taste. (We use about 2 tablespoons of Brown sugar and a tablespoon of cinnamon powder per apple)
12- Cook till the apples reach a consistency that you like, we like it soft with a little bite.
13- Put cooked fruit into a sealable container and refrigerate till cold.
14- When ready to make the turnovers cut the dough ball in half and put one half in the refrigerator.
15- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
16- Using you rolling pin, roll it out to a thickness of about 1/8".
17- Use the pot cover to cut perfectly round turnover dough.
18- Repeat steps 15 and 16 till all the dough is shaped.
19- Fill each shaped turnover, turn the dough upon itself, seal and crimp.
20- slice vents on top of each turnover.
21- Apply an egg egg wash.
22- bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes or until they are nice and brown.
23- Place on a cooling rack till just warm.
24- nothing like eating a warm and freshly baked turnover.
