If 59% of the public doesn't believe the election machines are trustworthy and evidence is brought to Sheriff Wagner of results of output of these machines and faulty database problems that Dave Shively will not address, what can be done? We gave Sheriff Wagner affidavits of multiple ballots received by individuals, people that went to the polls and told they had already voted, 3 people mail in ballots and only 2 are received from the same address, we do not have names for 4001 votes that were counted above the voter roll totals statewide, in Lancaster over 200 voters are phantoms. When you vote in person you have witnesses- by mail there is no chain of custody. Citizenship is a qualification to vote and enforcement is necessary! When code or algorithms are used to manipulate voter counts, a target ratio is established first. What this causes are strange reporting totals where votes for one candidate 'accelerates' while the other candidate stays flat to hit a goal. Remember Clip 26, normal elections show a consistent ratio after 10% of the vote; manipulated elections show a systematic adjustment towards a target ratio. Connie at the Lancaster Commissioners Meeting May 23, 2023. We dropped off 39 affidavits a year ago to this committee, as far as we know noting has been done about investigating these sworn statements indicating fraud in our Nebraska Elections. We are angry! We want the commissioners to acquire the Lancaster CVR for the last election and prove a legitimate election!

He didn't read or understand, when we took the affidavits explaining the unusually high amount of 1, 2, 3 and 4 multiple ballots found with a majority in Lancaster County where I led canvassing and verified votes. I put cover pages explaining the potential fraud, duplicate votes in AZ Dr Shiva had found in his study of ballot envelopes! In Maricopa's election they did not report duplicates then when re-examined Dr Shiva found 17,000 duplicates. 1, 2, 3 and 4. He even found unsigned blank duplicates 2-3 days before the election in early voting as the cheaters cramed the ballot boxes with fake ballots. I believe if we were able to look in NE we would find duplicate votes as well. Nebraska is NOT IMMUNE FROM FRAUD IT HAPPEN ALL ACROSS THE U.S. Time to look again and start an investigation Sheriff Wagner!

But county board and clerk said take it to the state level. Residents trust their clerk but she thinks she has no control over these decisions she believes SOS does though Article 3 section 18 of the Nebraska Constitution States . . . The legislature shall not pass local or special laws in any of the following cases - regulating county and township offices - providing for the election of officers in townships, incorporated townships, cities. - The opening and conducting of any election or designating the place of voting. The legislature has passed laws giving the Secretary of State powers that he misinterprets and/or is abusing. We do not want funds allocated for anything related to the election machines or software including ES&S's per ballot processing charge. We DO NOT want any funds for coding or programing funded. We want our county election commissioner to regain control of our voter database at the county level, removed from the statewide database and also removed from electronic machines!!
