Will Sheriff Wagner protect Lancaster County Citizens by investigating voter fraud affidavits?

If 59% of the public doesn't believe the election machines are trustworthy and evidence is brought to Sheriff Wagner of results of output of these machines and faulty database problems that Dave Shively will not address, what can be done? We gave Sheriff Wagner affidavits of multiple ballots received by individuals, people that went to the polls and told they had already voted, 3 people mail in ballots and only 2 are received from the same address, we do not have names for 4001 votes that were counted above the voter roll totals statewide, in Lancaster over 200 voters are phantoms.
