CHICKEN MEATBALL
For the chicken meatball
500g minced chicken
6 tbsp bread-crumbs
2 cm freshly grated ginger
2 tbspKetjap manis or sweet soy sauce
1 egg
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp
sesame oil
1 tsp
black sesame seeds
1/2 tsp
Crushed chilli optional
FOR THE SAUCE
75ml Oyster sauce
50ml Ketjap manis or sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 lemon (juice)

EASY CORN FRITTERS NO CHEESE
For the best texture and flavor use fresh corn off the cobs; you can also use frozen corn but it needs to be thawed and patted dry (as best as possible). If you want to use canned corn, go for whole kernel corn, drain it, rinse and pat dry.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup flour
1 cup fresh corn
1tsp salt
1tsp baking powder
1egg
2 tbsp olive oil or just normal oil
1 scallion/spring onion
8 tbsp milk
♡In a large mixing bowl,
♡whisk flour, baking powder, egg,
milk,salt and pepper.
♡Add scallion and corn
♡Add salt and pepper to taste
Heat up oil in a large skillet, over medium heat.
scoop corn mixture into a pan flatten with spatula and fry for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Serve with Ranch dip/sour cream/yoghurt
