The Pulse - David Harris Jr. - April 8, 2024
I find Newsmax 2 to be sloppy in production. The sound is not in sinc with the video imagery. I have met David when he was living in Redding CA and he is very on point, very sharp. He deserves a good start. So to help him, I capture and fix the video so that people can enjoy the program. When Newsmax takes the time to fix their problems, then I will stop. Watch his program on Newsmax. Go to Newsmax 2 and he will be on at 5PM Pacific time.

Disruptions in the Shasta County Supervisors Meetings.
Some citizens, more aligned with the Sacramento State Government, are disrupting supervisor meetings constantly and the sheriff has not done anything about it. Shasta County has elected a majority of supervisors that are dissatisfied with state laws being passed to take away local government's rights. But some citizens feel it is their right to disrupt meetings because they are happy with Sacramento's actions. This video will tell you who is law abiding and who is not. And apparently there is a fiscal conservative that is OK with being disruptive.

California has selections, not elections
First part of the Monday, Citizens Election Advisory Committee, 1-8-2024.
An unedited video. For info go to: https://sites.google.com/view/shasta-citizen-news/home
In Shasta County, California, the current Board of Supervisors has created an advisory board. Shasta County has made national news by cancelling a contract with Dominion to start counting ballots by hand. This has made a number of citizens unhappy, people who would trust a box with no way to check what's going on inside it.
However the state government in Sacramento was quick to pass a law that would prohibit a hand count in a city such as Redding, California; Shasta County's largest town.
Shasta County is split, 30% Democrat to 60% Republican, but for a few years the elected Elections Clerk has been a Democrat; and I'm sure of Shasta County's voters are unaware of her party registration.
In the last election she did not recuse herself from overseeing her own election. She claims that the position of County Clerk is non partisan, and therefor she was not required to identify her party on the ballot. But would a Republican stronghold such as Shasta County elect an elections clerk if they knew she was a Democrat, that she supports drop boxes, electronic tabulators, and mail in ballots?
The Shasta board of Supervisors consists of 5 registered Republicans. So what could be so important for Sacramento to pass a law to stop a hand count?
In my opinion, there must be something very important about having machines tabulators? This is suspicious and must be investigated.
In the California Constitution, hand counting is used to settle close election results, so why outlaw hand counting. (no source code or passwords are allowed by Dominion for inspection. You must trust Dominion. Would you allow a poker player to collect the pot without showing their cards?)
In my opinion these machines must be communicating results to Sacramento so as to set in algorithms in tabulator software to elect candidates more agreeable to Sacramento's political needs (The candidates that will agree to strings attached measures.) To me, it's obvious that there is manipulation in Shasta County's election results. This is why California has become a mono party state. It is permitted to voter harvest, have drop boxes and send out mail in ballot to almost every living thing. in other words, there is no chain of custody in California's voting process.
California has selections, not elections.

Hand Counting in your elections has been made illegal
On October 4, 2023, California passed a bill to outlaw hand counting in elections.
California must have a vested interest in how the votes are counted to make it illegal to Hand Count. This indicates that there is something very important in using electronic tabulators to count votes.? A big effort was made promptly to counter Shasta County's decision to hand count. Why should it matter? Could it be that there is a back door to these machines? Could it be the software as well as the device? I say this is a very strong possibility. Using either way of counting should be no business of the state. Why were Bernie Sanders voter upset in the California primaries? Go figure? If we don't get smart soon, I fear we will be slaves.

Six Against One in Shasta County
August 9th 2023 - Shasta County is considered a red county, 60 % Republican. However, on the School Board, six of the seven members let California's super majority of Democrats dictate the use of pronouns and transgender policies. One member of the School Board, newly elected Authur Gorman, refuses to use gender pronouns and is in opposition to many of California's public school policies.
In this video, the school board is discussing whether to censure Gorman at the request of transgender parent, Bobbie Simpson, who claims he offended him/her with false accusations.

SHASTA COUNTY PASSES A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT
Shasta County voted Thursday to pass a Second Amendment Resolution. County citizens are apposed to unconstitutional infringements from the Sacramento's Democrat supermajority lawmakers. The California lawmakers are reducing penalties and prison sentences, and at the same time passing tougher restrictions for legal gun owners. You can tell this by the lawlessness that now exists in the streets of San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Hate and Anger
I stopped Mrs. Baily as she was walking out of the chambers and told her that I have worked with the UNABOM task force as a composite artist, and told her that the man who was upset with Alex for using the N-word, and Supervisor Jones for removing him (the upset man, not Alex) from the meeting, has a record of misconduct. She quickly answered me saying that this upset man had pulled a gun on her daughter, but she said that she had forgiven him and wanted everything to be forgotten.
However, this person accusing Supervisor Jones, doesn't have the same forgiveness that he was granted to him by Mrs. Baily, and is trying to get Jones to give up his chair position.
Here's the police report about the incident:
NEWS RELEASE
May 17th, 2021. 2:00 PM
Redding Police Conclude Battery Investigation
On May 5th, 2021, Redding Police were notified of a media report regarding a battery incident between 42-year-old Carlos Zapata of Palo Cedro and 32-year-old Nathaniel Pinkney of Redding. The incident occurred on the evening of May 4th in downtown Redding. After learning of the incident, Redding Police Detectives began an investigation into the allegations.
During the investigation, detectives spoke with witnesses and viewed video surveillance to determine what occurred. The investigation concluded that on May 4th, Carlos Zapata and his spouse arrived at a local restaurant around 7:40 P.M. and sat at the bar as patrons. Pinkney was working as a cook in the rear kitchen area.
Pinkney became aware that Zapata was in the restaurant and made contact with him from behind the bar. A verbal argument between Pinkney and Zapata ensued, during which time Zapata tossed a glass of liquid. The glass shattered, and liquid spilled on Pinkney. Zapata was asked to leave the restaurant, and he complied.
After Zapata left the restaurant, he was followed by Pinkney and a co-worker Kenneth Cornelius, 32 years of Redding, to another downtown business. Pinkney, Cornelius, and Zapata became involved in a second verbal argument at the other downtown business. Zapata was joined by two acquaintances who were customers at the location. They were later identified as 45-year-old Christopher Meagher of Redding and 40-year-old Elizabeth Bailey of Anderson.
This argument eventually carried on into a parking lot in downtown Redding.
During this verbal argument, it appears Bailey grabbed Pinkney’s shirt. Pinkney was able to pull away from the Baileys grasp and then was struck in the face with one punch from Meagher. Meagher was then hit with one punch from Cornelius. Meagher grabbed ahold of a large CO2 bottle from a local business and held it toward Pinkney and Cornelius in a threatening manner before placing it back down and leaving the area. There was no further physical contact between the involved parties. None of the involved parties sustained any significant injuries.
Following the assault, Pinkney went back into the business he was working at and armed himself with a handgun. It appeared this is a firearm owned and registered to Pinkney. After arming himself, Pinkney made statements he was going to shoot the other involved party but did not provide a specific name. Other employees were able to disarm Pinkney and calm him down.
This investigation has been submitted to the Shasta County District Attorney’s office for review. Any further questions will be referred to the Shasta County District Attorney’s office.

Evidence of Election Fraud in Shasta County, California
Scientific mathematical evidence of election fraud.
https://www.thethinkingconservative.com/findings-of-the-colorado-voting-machine-investigation/
Lets be fair:
Logically half of the voters feel the machines are corrupt, but the other half feel the machines are accurate. So we have a voter integrity problem. In the advent of a close election, a hand count is required to resolve the count. Both sides would agree that an observed hand count is trustworthy. So to have 100% satisfaction, a hand count would be acceptable to both viewpoints.
